This is the only place I have my cars and truck serviced. Just now drove from Saint George to have my Toyota Tacoma truck 100 thousand mile service. Can trust repairs to be completed at a fair price.

I'd recommend anyone on the south end of the valley to use Jakes. Always fair, tells me what's coming up before it's an issue, tells me when I DON'T need a service even when I was expecting it. Jake’s Auto went the extra mile by showing me the old fluids they changed out. They explained in detail what they found and gave me recommendations to follow I might want I found them to be fair priced and courteous. What more could you want?

Jake’s is amazing. I worked at Valet Auto Body next door for about 10 years and I’ve taken my cars to them for service. They’re always welcoming, which is often a miss at businesses these days. They communicate well and they won’t jerk you around. I appreciate family owned and ran businesses as well.

Jake's always takes great care of us. They are very easy to work with. I have never felt that they are in this for themselves, but there to help me. It's a nice feeling from an auto shop. I love going here for help with our car. WThey communicate really well with you and send you a super detailed diagnosis with your car’s problems. They are very transparent about the cost of repairs so that there are no surprises and they do a great job fixing the problems and making sure the car is safe to drive.

Jakes is the “go to” for repairs on my Tundra. They carefully diagnosed the problems and scheduled a timely fix. Krystal and the techs were so unbelievably helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and that our van was thouroughly checked over even though we had mentioned we probably wouldnt be doing any work at this time.

We've been using Jake's for all our vehicles for many, many years. They are very professional, friendly, and have always treated us fairly. Their recommendations are always honest. I've had them also evaluate used vehicles for me and they probably saved me thousands on honest appraisals and comments.
