Jake’s Auto went the extra mile by showing me the old fluids they changed out. They explained in detail what they found and gave me recommendations to follow I might want I found them to be fair priced and courteous. What more could you want?

Jake’s is amazing. I worked at Valet Auto Body next door for about 10 years and I’ve taken my cars to them for service. They’re always welcoming, which is often a miss at businesses these days. They communicate well and they won’t jerk you around. I appreciate family owned and ran businesses as well.

Krystal and the techs were so unbelievably helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and that our van was thouroughly checked over even though we had mentioned we probably wouldnt be doing any work at this time.

We've been using Jake's for all our vehicles for many, many years. They are very professional, friendly, and have always treated us fairly. Their recommendations are always honest. I've had them also evaluate used vehicles for me and they probably saved me thousands on honest appraisals and comments.

They were amazing!!! In all my years Of using mechanics I have never had a single one show me pictures of the needed repairs and of the parts. The transparency was amazing. They were so honest and genuinely cared for me old van. It was awesome!
