We appreciate their attentiveness and effort to get our vehicles in when it works best for us. Our cars have always had their existing problems resolved.

Finally, I have mechanics I can trust to get my car repaired correctly, with no headaches or hidden charges. I was impressed by their transparency. They explained what was wrong with my car and took pictures of the parts that needed replacing and then pics of the replacement parts too.

Jake’s is amazing. I worked at Valet Auto Body next door for about 10 years and I’ve taken my cars to them for service. They’re always welcoming, which is often a miss at businesses these days. They communicate well and they won’t jerk you around. I appreciate family owned and ran businesses as well.

They are wonderful people to work with they really care about their customers. They do excellent work. We have gone many times to them and have always been pleased.

I’ve been to many repair shops in the past but this is one of the rare ones that are truthful and honest. Monica in the front is amazing and always shows great customer service the 2 times I’ve gone as well as the mechanics. If there was a way to give them more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend coming here.

Jake's always takes great care of us. They are very easy to work with. I have never felt that they are in this for themselves, but there to help me. It's a nice feeling from an auto shop. Krystal and the techs were so unbelievably helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and that our van was thouroughly checked over even though we had mentioned we probably wouldnt be doing any work at this time.
