Jakes did some work on my car. They gave me the estimate and then called back and said it was going to be about 300 less. Other places would have just charged the original. Thank you for being honest.

Jake’s is amazing. I worked at Valet Auto Body next door for about 10 years and I’ve taken my cars to them for service. They’re always welcoming, which is often a miss at businesses these days. Jake's always takes great care of us. They are very easy to work with. I have never felt that they are in this for themselves, but there to help me. It's a nice feeling from an auto shop. Similar to a previous visit I had with a different vehicle, they were very detailed in their explanation of my repair. I am not accustomed to this level of transparency when dealing with car repair places. I will take all of my vehicles to Jakes in the future.

Impressively, they did a complimentary inspection of my vehicle after preforming the alignment that I came in for. They were amazing!!! In all my years Of using mechanics I have never had a single one show me pictures of the needed repairs and of the parts. The transparency was amazing. They were so honest and genuinely cared for me old van. It was awesome!
