Great communication and customer service. Knowledgeable technicians who don't try to sell services that aren't needed.
I am pleased with the service I receive from James River Pest Solutions. They respond quickly to my calls and are easy to work with.
I had a GINORMOUS ant problem. They were everywhere. I’d clean and get rid of them only for them to come back within 24 hours. I called James River Pest Solutions on a weekend. I was ecstatic to hear back that same day, not too long after I left the message. Joe scheduled me for that up coming Tuesday. Joe came by,…

My initial phone call with Joe was awesome, he was super informative and wanted to make sure I had all my needs covered. He was able to get a technician out next day and I had such a friendly experience. I showed Tyler which bug I found and he was able to explain to me whether or not they were dangerous and we…

Joe and his staff are always very professional when they come out. They always make sure they ask if there’s anything else that we need before they leave. They are very respectful of my home and our residents and ask permission to go into the rooms before they do so. My home is a North Chesterfield and during the…

We have worked with Joe from JR Pest Solutions for years, he is the go-to guy for not just extermination services but also general consulting regarding pest infestation issues. So many words I could use to describe this company. BUT if I had to choose one word it would be RELIABLE! I have been a customer for over a year and can not see myself using another company. Joe has been working with us over the last two years. We started off in a new home with an existing German Cockroach problem. Joe evicted them with quickness and has kept our home/property pest free. His prices are fair, and he has a wealth of knowledge to share.
Joseph is the best! As a first time homeowner I never thought I’d feel passionately about a pest service but I do. Anytime I call, he remembers exactly who I am and my home and comes out promptly (same day!) to address/inspect the issue. Highly recommend!
