We had a carpenter ant problem in our house and I called James River Pest Solutions. They came out that day and explained what treatment they could do. We immediately saw a difference. We could not be more pleased with the quick and effective response from James River Pest Solutions and would highly recommend them.

Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable and laid out a great plan to take care of our issues.

He was warm and courteous as we discussed the issues we are having in our home, and he explained exactly what he was going to do and why. James River really saved the day.

I have been with James River for quite sometime and I use my favorite exterminator monthly Troy. This company makes me feel comfortable with the job that is performed. I can sit back and allow him to go to work without disturbing his expertise. I never see any insects at all. :)

They always provide advance notice, and when they arrive, they are professional and courteous. Most importantly, the bugs are gone!

Our experience has been great! We called this morning and Daniel arrived a few hrs later. He was very respectful, asked questions to ensure he understood our problem, and took his time treating each section of the house.

I called on Saturday evening (after 7pm) to inquire about pest control as I freaked out about what I now know to be a benign wood roach. I was able to send a picture of the intruder right away - Joe was very knowledgable and reassuring. He was able to get us on his schedule first thing Monday morning and was very punctual and professional.

Joe and team are great. Joe is always attentive to our needs and makes sure we are happy. Joe is also always available and willing to help, even when asking questions randomly about concerns when traveling.
