I have known Joe for many years and have used his services for ten+ years. I have always been very happy with his services and his responsiveness when ever there was a problem.
Our specific issue was a hole in the eaves where a bird had built a nest. We needed it removed, repaired and painted. The results were perfect, can’t even tell there was an issue. The upfront fee was for an external inspection of the whole house, which was then applied to repairs. Tripp was very professional as well…
On time, explained what the service would entailed. Ask about any particular problems in my home. Very through job. Answered questions. Very friendly and personal technician. I would recommend this company to my friends. Priced very competitively.

Joe came out and took care of my mice problem. Have not seen anymore since his visit. Joe listened to all of my concerns and explained what he would be doing and then showed me exactly what he had done when he was finished. He was warm and courteous as we discussed the issues we are having in our home, and he explained exactly what he was going to do and why. James River really saved the day.
