I have known Joe for many years and have used his services for ten+ years. I have always been very happy with his services and his responsiveness when ever there was a problem.

Our specific issue was a hole in the eaves where a bird had built a nest. We needed it removed, repaired and painted. The results were perfect, can’t even tell there was an issue. Joe came out and took care of my mice problem. Have not seen anymore since his visit. Joe listened to all of my concerns and explained what he would be doing and then showed me exactly what he had done when he was finished. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of help with pest problems.

Recently called James River Pest Solutions after another provider stood me up for an appointment. Tripp showed up the very next morning! He was warm and courteous as we discussed the issues we are having in our home, and he explained exactly what he was going to do and why. James River really saved the day.

I called on Saturday evening (after 7pm) to inquire about pest control as I freaked out about what I now know to be a benign wood roach. I was able to send a picture of the intruder right away - Joe was very knowledgable and reassuring. Great Company, serviced my mothers house for me and did a fantastic job. Mother said they were courteous and explained everything in detail. Mom says she will continue to use them and feels safer with them handling her pest control vs the big box bug jockeys
