After 26k and 3 failed "remediations" for mice from a big box company, I called James River Pest Solutions and they sent me Andrew. He found multiple places that were missed and a good portion of my house they didn't bother reinstalling the new insulation in. He's very knowledgeable, and the sense of humor he has is…
Logan was very efficient!
Joe and the JRP team are great! I started my relationship with them when we were having a "mouse infestation" in our crawl space (and I'm not the kind of gal who can handle that). Joe and his team came same day to help remediate the situation, and have been so prompt every time we've needed something!
We found 2 mice within a week. Jared came out and handled it! He was very professional and thorough. Would definitely use James River again. 10/10
Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable and laid out a great plan to take care of our issues.
I have an old country house and needed help with rodents finding their way inside. Contacted James River Pest Solutions and they determined the best solution for controlling the problem. I find them responsive to my requests, punctual with service, friendly and wonderful to work with! No doubt you will also!
James River Pest has been great to work with. Great communication through text and emails. Staff is courteous and thorough. I would recommend them for pest control.
Price reasonable. They let you know what day they are coming and also approximate time. Great company
Friendly, prompt, 110 per visit every other month after the first couple because there was no activity. Fair to sign a contract for one year.
The professionalism of this company is above reproach, they deliver on every promise with precision. Would certainly recommend to anyone who wants great pest control services.
This company continues to exceed expectations. Daniel is always on time, friendly and supportive regarding my issues with my concerns regarding wasps/mice. Since we have been using this company, we have been pest free. Yes, occasionally a wasp appears, but that will happen. We have been totally mice free and…
5 STARS- The tech was amazing. Talked me through the best treatment and went above and beyond to make sure he covered everything. He was Amazing!!!
First rate service. Had noticed we had an unwanted visitor (mice) in our home. Tech patched any entry points, set baits, and sprayed exterior of the house. He also took the time to educate me on how mice behave and further remediation steps I can take on my end.
Joe came out and took care of my mice problem. Have not seen anymore since his visit. Joe listened to all of my concerns and explained what he would be doing and then showed me exactly what he had done when he was finished. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of help with pest problems.
James River Pest Solutions is a life saver! From the moment I went on their website, to talking to Lauren, who was amazing and managed to get me a same-day appointment, to Tripp coming out to my house for the initial inspection , they have been incredible! Tripp did a wonderful job explaining everything to me with…
