My initial phone call with Joe was awesome, he was super informative and wanted to make sure I had all my needs covered. He was able to get a technician out next day and I had such a friendly experience. I showed Tyler which bug I found and he was able to explain to me whether or not they were dangerous and we…
Want to thank Joe, that came over and helped me with my dehumidifier that was not working properly and take away the spiders and unwanted bugs. I look forward to working with you for future visits.
Joe is great! We have used his services for over 20 years. He has had a standing relationship with my parents house and when I moved, I made sure to get Joe to do pest control for my own home. He’s professional, efficient, and super flexible. Highly recommend!
Had great service experience as always, scheduling, attending to the needs with treatment and results were all a great experience.
James River pest is an awesome local business! Joe is responsive and very knowledgeable. He got rid of all the spiders and spiderwebs on the external part of our house and eliminated two massive underground yellow jackets nests. I am happy I found this service. I highly recommend this business.
We’ve worked with James River Pest for over a year now and their service is wonderful! We had a mouse problem in our rental and they came in and took care of it, and have since kept them gone! They also handle the other creepy crawlies and do our summer mosquito treatments too, and we are very satisfied with their service! Would highly recommend!

I called early in the morning after suspecting mice in our home, Joe not only answered but came out the same day. Joe provided an overview on the phone before coming to the home on what to expect, process, and next steps. After having Joe inspect and treat our home he provided a plan forward so we did not have…
I called today for general pest control and was greeted warmly by the owner Joe. Within an hour Logan came by. He looked at every inch of my house inspecting where bugs could get in, he explained every detail to me. He sprayed inside my attic and around my house.
