Service man always lets me know the day before what time he would be at my home the next day He is always dressed in a clean uniform, polite and professional.
The Janus Pest Management team is great. They are knowledgeable and will update our maintenance based on the season and the pests/bugs that appear during those times.
I have used this pest service for several years and been highly satisfied. Someone comes every 2 months and sprays all around outside my house. As a result I very rarely have any spiders, cockroaches or other bugs inside my house and when I had a rat problem they were very helpful. I highly recommend them.

Nick was so professional with his service, wearing protective gear (gloves, eyewear, etc) and is knowledge regarding what type of bug I was dealing with. I was pretty impressed to be honest. He put out the proper traps needed for our gnat infection. Even came back to refresh the traps and dispose of the dead bugs. Very satisfied with the service.
