Tony and Tom are very kind and hardworking men. They came out and took the time to give me a great competitive quote which involved a bit of trimming and removal of overgrowth around my entire home. Jax Tree Removal and their crews did a very good job from beginning to the end. Reasonable pricing estimate, staying on time with their schedule, well equiped to do the job and cleaning up all the debris on my front my lawn.

Referred to us by neighbor who had similar experience. Showed up on time. Easy communication. Knew and did what we needed. When we asked, provided feedback based on their experience. Protected lawn from equipment treads. FANTASTIC cleanup. 10/10

Great price, quick turnaround and amazing customer service.

Great experience with Tony and Jax Tree removal. I got a really fair price and they were really on it from estimate to execution. First time getting a tree trimmed and now I know someone reliable I can use next time. Would recommend.

Jax Tree Removal sent a three-person crew to trim two palm trees on our property and an oak tree from a neighboring property that had grown over our fence line. The team was courteous, professional, and took the time to walk us through the work they planned to complete on each tree, even using a laser to clearly… Read full review

Hands down the best tree service we have used in Jacksonville. Steve was incredibly prompt and showed up same day to estimate the work and team was out the following week. Team lead Brian was professional and efficient. Highly recommend Jax Tree Removal!

Very professional and efficient. I like how they put plywood in my lawn when they had to drive the crane over it. Cleaned up the mess afterwards. Highly recommended. Fair price for the job.

They did all right with the tree trimming but caused roof damage and driveway damage. They said they couldn’t do anything about the driveway, and they provided a temporary patch to the roof and said they would get a licensed roofer to make a permanent repair ( it was a noticeable hole in the roof). It’s been… Read full review

The entire team was respectful of my property and professional. When I called, they answered the phone. Prior to calling this company, I call 3 other companies who not only didn't answer the phone, they never returned my call for an estimate.

Tom was a pleasure to deal with, Quick response, good price. His crew arrived in a timely manner and did an excellent job an left the yard clean.

The job they did was beyond what I expected. Great price, they have their own crane, and I was surprised at the amount of trucks they brought in. Will never go with anyone else.

Professional equipment with knowledgeable, competent crew. Can strongly recommend to anyone seeking tree work with attention to detail. Fair-priced for the high-quality work. There was a good deal of work close to the house and overhanging a screen enclosure and all was executed with a fabulous outcome. Thanks Tom and Team!
