Work was done promptly
I dropped my Jeep Liberty off for a few repairs and a texas safety inspection. They never promised anything they couldn't deliver and remained transparent throughout the process. But what takes this into 5 star terroritory was how patient they were with all of my questions and concerns. Not once did they talk down…

The staff at Jay's Automotive are very professional and very knowledgeable in the automotive repair sector. They are very courtesy and respectful towards all customers. Sam,manager, is very knowledgeable with all facets of of auto repair and the use of a computer systems information for repairs.

As a woman it can be intimidating to walk into an auto shop, but Sam made me feel comfortable right away. They fixed 09 Toyota Corolla and got it to me in the time they told me at the beginning.. They were polite and professional and I would recommend them.
