I took my pickup to get checked out because of an odd sound coming from the engine. They told me they would have to run the diagnostic test and see what came up. At the end of the day it came out to be a missing bolt, that they replaced at no cost! Plus, Thank you to Vanessa for setting me up, and super friendly! Thank you, Sam!

Very positive experience.

Fantastic service notified at all times for the status of the repair. My vehicle was extended warranty insurance. They took the pictures sent to the warranty insurance company in a fast prompt way we followed every step till we got OK by the warranty company thank you for all your help.

This place is awesome because they're fast and they communicate well with you. I took my chevy silverado in for a broken exhaust manifold bolt and they ended up finding 2! They had the repairs done in about a week and now my truck purrs like a kitten. Highly recommend this place! Thanks Sam.

This was my second time having my car serviced at Jays and I’ve had a great experience both times. I’ve been to both Alameda and Lomaland locations. I prefer Lomaland as they tend to be less busy so I was attended sooner. My car was repaired right away. They are very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend! Will be returning if need be

After spending quite a bit of money on services on my truck that didn’t need to be done, I went to Jays. These guys are honest, listen to you, and most importantly fixed the problem. They came recommended by guys that work with my husband, and now I know why 😊

Reasonable price. Very professional service. They did not perform unnecessary repairs and waited for my approval before doing any work on my vehicle. I own a 2001 Dodge Ram that I drive to work everyday and thanks to them it is running better than it has in a while.

I have taken my care here several times and each experience has been excellent. I’m always pleased to see John who has helped me numerous times. He always has a friendly demeanor and goes out of his way to make sure I’m taken care of!
