I had a water pump issue and they were quick to fix it. I had my vehicle fixed by the next day. The customer service is excellent. I will have my vehicles handled by Jay's in the future. It is hard to find a good mechanic here in El Paso.

The staff at Jay's Automotive are very professional and very knowledgeable in the automotive repair sector. They are very courtesy and respectful towards all customers. Sam,manager, is very knowledgeable with all facets of of auto repair and the use of a computer systems information for repairs.

This was my second time having my car serviced at Jays and I’ve had a great experience both times. I’ve been to both Alameda and Lomaland locations. I prefer Lomaland as they tend to be less busy so I was attended sooner. My car was repaired right away. They are very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend! Will be returning if need be
