Jay's Automotive - Lomaland

Very positive experience.

Absolutely positive experience. Work was done in a timely and professional manner. Cost of service was reasonable, with no surprise "extra" charges. I will definitely have future work done by Jay's Automotive. Special thanks to Sam. He explains every step of the work in clear and concise language. I recommend Jay's,… Read full review

Always a great service from them. So far I am pleased

I’ve been taking my vehicle to Jay’s Automotive for several years now. The service is high quality, honest, friendly, and efficient. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for car maintenance.

Excellent work and very courteous receptionist

Always a pleasure and smooth process at Jay's. Sam is informative and patient, always ready and willing to educate and inform. Vanessa is welcoming and helpful. They have serviced all my vehicles and my daughters car and truck as well. Some jobs routine and others complicated, but always repaired with absolutely no… Read full review

I'm very happy I've been coming to this location to have my car worked on, they are kind and have been so even when I fell on hard times. I truly appreciate everyone who works here and the help they've given me.

I was so amazed by the timing it was really a fast service!

I dropped my Jeep Liberty off for a few repairs and a texas safety inspection. They never promised anything they couldn't deliver and remained transparent throughout the process. But what takes this into 5 star terroritory was how patient they were with all of my questions and concerns. Not once did they talk down… Read full review

Sam has gone above and beyond getting our Vue back on the road. It's an older car (2003) and some replacement parts are extremely hard to find. It took a little time but he located an extremely rare fuel tank for this model. He has done other work on this car (brakes, suspension, air conditioning) and has always… Read full review

Great place to take your car for service! The people there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Have never had a problem with their work, and they are very reasonably priced!

I have taken my car to Jay’s Automotive for several years now. They have earned my trust in their workmanship. They are very thorough from start to finish on the work being done on my car. I would recommend Jay’’s Automotive to anyone needing work done on their cars.

We moved here 4 years ago and needed to find a reliable mechanic. Jays had become out go-to for everything to do with our cars and has always done good by us and been honest. Very happy with their work. A mechanic you can trust is very valuable.

Great customer service, very honest and professional, my mecanic service since 2014 when I move back in town.

Sam and his team do an amazing work. Thank you for taking care of all my families vehicles. Very professional and very honest. Thank you Sam.

Best service best prices always helpful.

Always perfect and helpful as is the standard at Jay's Automotive.

Excellent service, very timely 👏

This was my second time having my car serviced at Jays and I’ve had a great experience both times. I’ve been to both Alameda and Lomaland locations. I prefer Lomaland as they tend to be less busy so I was attended sooner. My car was repaired right away. They are very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend! Will be returning if need be

Best in El Paso! Honest. Courteous! Professional! Follow-up on their work. They call back when they say they will call you. You can trust their word. A trustworthy business reputation!!!

Great service, very professional staff, and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend!

I have used Jay’s Automotive for years. They are very professional and friendly. Their prices are very reasonable.

As a woman it can be intimidating to walk into an auto shop, but Sam made me feel comfortable right away. They fixed 09 Toyota Corolla and got it to me in the time they told me at the beginning.. They were polite and professional and I would recommend them.

Jay's never disappoints! They are knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else!

After spending quite a bit of money on services on my truck that didn’t need to be done, I went to Jays. These guys are honest, listen to you, and most importantly fixed the problem. They came recommended by guys that work with my husband, and now I know why 😊

Excellent service and workmanship. Do the job and do it well. Ever since I've had to take care of my own maintenance I've taken it to Jays and won't stop as long as I live in EP.

I have taken my care here several times and each experience has been excellent. I’m always pleased to see John who has helped me numerous times. He always has a friendly demeanor and goes out of his way to make sure I’m taken care of!
