My car was rear ended and I was referred by a friend to Jay Walton. Couldn't have had better service in any way. Kaitlyn is the bomb!! She is so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She was great at keeping me updated on progress of repairs and on insurance issues. Highly recommend this business.

My vehicle was hit with fifty cent size hail, damaging pretty much the entire shell of the suv. Jay Walton Automotive worked with my insurance. They kept in touch throughout the repairs and never seemed bothered when I would call to check. My vehicle came back to me looking like brand new again! I will definitely be using there services in the future.

It took four months to get into the shop for service after a wreck. The repairs took a week and a half. They seem to have done a good job. I’ve only had the car for a weekend.
