Jay Walton Automotive

Ryan and Tommy are both outstanding. Very professional and personable. The best service in Albuquerque.

What can I say about Jay Walton? Well, that they are Amazing!! They are honest and work with integrity. They have been so patient with me, working on my 2010 Dodge Charger. I love my car! Unfortunately, I learned the hard way, to stick to a reputable Company. I took my car to Blue Castle located in the South Valley… Read full review

I was told the part that we need is no longer being made by chevy, yet Napa(their supplier) had it and they won't get the part until closing Friday therefore Monday was the ready day. They called Friday right before for closing to pick it. They had to hold it for the weekend, we were not prepared to be there in half… Read full review

Thank you for your care for me and my car! You did the proper repair very quickly, and got me back on the road!

The staff are friendly and helpful. I've been here twice and expect to be back again for a couple more items. I originally tried them due to a recommendation from another local mechanic who literally has more work than he can complete in a timely fashion.

The service is courteous, attentive and friendly. They are on time with services. They are knowledgeable and efficient. And honest!

My vehicle was hit with fifty cent size hail, damaging pretty much the entire shell of the suv. Jay Walton Automotive worked with my insurance. They kept in touch throughout the repairs and never seemed bothered when I would call to check. My vehicle came back to me looking like brand new again! I will definitely be using there services in the future.

Always have a great experience here. Professional and helpful!

Local family owned! Great shop with great prices.

I have been coming here for over 15 years because they have great customer service and always take care of any issues with your vehicles right the first time and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We have used Jay Walton automotive for over 30+ yrs. Customer service and quality of workmanship is excellent. We have not any problems.

Called and got an appointment to put a part on our car for our heater, everyone from office staff to mechanics were very friendly and professional, they had us in and out with in an hour!! Will use this business again if needed!! Thanks guys 😉😁

JWA repaired damage to my 2021 SUV following a front end collision with a rogue tire. Repair took nearly 4 months due to supply chain issues, basically rebuilt the whole front end of my car. Got my vehicle back last Friday. So far so good.

The first thing I noticed was their lobby was extremely clean and welcoming. Then everyone at Jay Walton was friendly, upfront and honest about the cost for collision repair for my truck. It took a while to get on the schedule to get the repairs done because of backlog, but once I dropped my truck off, it took a… Read full review

My family and I have used Jay Walton's for years and I highly recommend them for all services. We have always been 100% satisfied.

Took my truck in for an estimate on several things. They started work without authorization. They damaged my wheels and denied it. My front windshield was cracked while in their possession. They refused ro acknowledge the damage that they caused. Will never take my vehicles there ever again.

I worked with Jay Walton a year ago (4/2020) and I felt that I had been treated fairly and well. That is why I took my car in for an estimate earlier this month after someone had backed into my car in a parking area. The original estimate indicated that it might require a couple of hours of labor to take care of… Read full review
