We have used Jazz for a few projects since 2019 and I'm sorry to see their customer service has really gone down hill. The technician who did the service today, Naveed Tariq, was very efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you!
I see nice reviews but each time I’m dealing with Jazz is a mess and they send 2-3 times someone else to fix issues caused by first maintenance visit. Do they intentionally break things to upsell something later? Any chance that you can send me next time those professionals mentioned in reviews that are capable of doing actual work?
