Had a visit today from Jazz technician , Josh Simangan. He is very thorough and he addressed all my questions in a layman’s terminology. He did the job very well and even convinced me on signing up to be a member of the Jazz club! I would request from Jazz to have him again to be my annual heating system guy!

Jazz service is amazing. Ro Ramirez was our technician and came to fix my parents central heater which stopped working. They came the same day on a Sunday and replaced the transformer which wasn’t working. The heater works great now. Ro was professional and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!
