HUGE shoutout to Sammy!!! Our A/C went out during a heatwave, and I thought we were going to be without air for a while. I went to Home Depot and happened to run into a Home Depot manager and Jazz rep, and they offered to come out and check out our broken A/C that same day. Sammy came out to took a look. He needed…

Great experience with Sergio from Jazz. He arrived on time, worked quickly, communicated clearly and was able to fix the AC unit on the spot. I particularly appreciated the time he took to answer my questions and make sure that everything was OK before he left.
AS-Ridge fixed the A/C service quickly and identify the right root cause for the issue. In addition, he provided options to fix the issue and went through the pros and cons between each option. Highly recommended for A/C services.
Said Godinez from Jazz, helped diagnose our AC issue. He was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly. He gave me several options for the repair and didn’t try to upsell. He quickly fixed the chosen option and was very transparent about any future issues. Hope the fix holds up well. I would highly recommend Jazz and Said.
I met with Ridge at a rental property and he was amazing! He was able to figure out what 2 other companies in San Jose couldn’t figure out. Great with the diagnostic and the price was reasonable! This was for an AC unit that was not powering on properly. He was a very nice guy and very knowledgeable!
AS Brandon was a very professional and knowledgeable representative of Jazz. Came in with the shoe booties and had all sorts of knowledge about what I should expect with this AC system. I appreciate his service and will recommend and use them again when needed.
Jazz installed our AC, furnace, and two Nest thermostats. Jazz was extremely easy to work with, very professional, and gave us really great pricing relative to competitors. We’re very happy with their work and would definitely use their services again. In another visit we had John McBride out to look at our ancient…
Josh simangan From Jazz came over to look at an air conditioning issue where cold air was not blowing in some areas of house. Ro was great, coming quickly to diagnose and fix the problem with my AC unit after it gave out on one of the hottest evenings of the summer. He took the time to provide much needed tips on maintaining the unit and how all of the parts operated at a level that was technical but easy to understand. I appreciated how…
