Our HVAC system was due for routine maintenance. The visit was at no cost to us, as the system was installed last year. Josh Sim is very nice and friendly. Went through the system and explained how the system is operating. Thank you!
Had Rodel come for yearly HVAC maintenance. Was very friendly and knowledge-able. He was efficient and talked me through all the readings and findings of my Furnace and AC unit. They have a very transparent and understandable system which is appreciated.
I like the service and job but just one request I have here: please make sure if you are doing a maintenance , repairs or replacement let the technician / plumber use it first in front of the customer to make sure everything is working right. Many time I have plumber / hvac technicians walk away without checking…
