Mr.Q did a very good job, of diagonising the issue in the HVAC outdoor unit, it was not working. He gave us options for the components to repair , he patiently explained the issues and spent time for detail cleaning of the outdoor HVAC unit. I would recommend him for any HVAC repair.

Rodel Ramirez was professional, kind and good at his work. I appreciate the time he took to educate me as well as fixing the main issue of our hvac system.
Steve was prompt and courteous. When he arrived he inspected the A/C doubled and triple checked it unfortunately there was no particular reason why my a/c is acting up. He gave me a couple of suggestions one being changing the filter which I promptly did. Whatever tweaks Steve made hopefully that took care of my issue.
Justin took care of our immediate cooling issue but our unit is 20 years old and probably not worth trying to pour money into it. Justin went through the different options of replacing our unit as well as what size and brand we need. We appreciate his expertise and knowledge to help us with this process.
Rodel had high technical knowledge in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing and performed sincerely to support the customer's needs.
Rich was thorough and very polite. He answered all my questions (63, I think) and satisfied my issue with just the minimum service charge. We both agreed I need to replace my a/c unit but he wasn’t aggressive or pushy with his sales pitch. 6 out of 5 rating!
