Extremely Disappointing Experience – Beware of Their Dishonest Sales Tactics! While I was away from home, my HVAC system stopped blowing cold air. My family contacted Jazz HVAC, and they charged $59 just to inspect the system. First, they completely missed the original appointment without showing up. The following…
Our HVAC system suddenly stopped working, and our neighbour referred us to Jazz. We called in the late afternoon, and the technicians responded and came the very next day. We really appreciate Anthony and Roe for their exceptional service and clear communication. Because our system is more complicated, they weren’t…
Manuel helped us with a new install and came right away when we had a concern. Working with Manuel has been a pleasure and he’s an asset to the Jazz team. Great experience.
Never hire this dishonest air conditioning company for either installation or repair. I learned a painful lesson from their experience installing and repairing my entire air conditioning unit. They violated their contract by using a cheap evaporator coil installed in my attic, out of my sight. Six years later, it…
I like the service and job but just one request I have here: please make sure if you are doing a maintenance , repairs or replacement let the technician / plumber use it first in front of the customer to make sure everything is working right. Many time I have plumber / hvac technicians walk away without checking…
Jose was excellent and we are so pleased for his working attitude and trying to think for his customer. He made us feel confident about Jazz services overall.
We had our AC repaired after enduring 8 days without it. Justin came by to diagnose problem and he ordered the parts that needed replacement. Because we liked his professionalism, we requested him again to actually repair our AC. He worked his magic taking the time to test out our AC before he left. I would ask…
Sammy was professional and did a great job diagnosing my AC issue and installed a capacitor in a matter of minutes. He did a complete inspection of the system.
Amazing service. would use it again
Scott thank you so much the best person for the job true blessing!
Sergio was a great technician who found the problem with our AC and fixed it quickly. Great service, would recommend!
Excellent experience with an AC repair in San Mateo. We have an older unit and the technician Ridge was efficient and knowledgeable in explaining the options without being pushy. Up and running in no time.
Said and Kevin were excellent. The quality, effort, and attention to detail was top notch. They kept me in the loop and made very reasonable suggestions. They were not pushy at all and did a great job. Would definitely use them again for future services.
Josh Simangan - Jazz should clone Josh. Excellent technician. He is skilled in his profession and embodies sharp customer service skills.
I had maintenance service for my water heater system by AM-John M. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in checking the system. I have had a great experience working with Jazz and plan to use them in the future.
Sammy is a very professional technician.Helped me with tune up.
Q cam to check our Ac. He explained everything the way we can understand. He is a great technician. We will definitely call for him in future
The customer service from Rich is fantastic. He gave out excellent options and guidance. Rich is the perfect person you would want to deal with. Thank you Rich.
I called Jazz out for a quote to get a sewer lateral pipe replacement and main water line replacement as my home is on the older side. Monty came out and ran a camera down the sewer pipe to show the condition and get measurements. He mentioned that a trenchless replacement was an option. He was professional,…
Nicholas was super cool, explained the issues, recommend options and did a quick repair. Highly recommend!
Jazz installed our AC, furnace, and two Nest thermostats. Jazz was extremely easy to work with, very professional, and gave us really great pricing relative to competitors. We’re very happy with their work and would definitely use their services again. In another visit we had John McBride out to look at our ancient…
Outstanding service from Qudratullah! He was professional,Knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the work clearly, worked efficiently and make sure everything was done properly before leaving. He went above and beyond and I am happy with the work.I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and professional HVAC technician.
I had a very disappointing experience with Alex Iglesias from Jazz Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical. My AC stopped working, so Jazz sent Alex to diagnose the problem. After checking the system, he told me that the entire condenser needed to be replaced, with an estimated cost of around $6,000. He also…
Mr.Q did a very good job, of diagonising the issue in the HVAC outdoor unit, it was not working. He gave us options for the components to repair , he patiently explained the issues and spent time for detail cleaning of the outdoor HVAC unit. I would recommend him for any HVAC repair.
Sergio was professional, knowledgeable, very friendly, and lastly integrity.
Rich was great! He was efficient and really helpful. Had my AC up and running with the quickness.
Jose Yepez he is very helpful and did really good job
The team was great to work with from initial assessment through final installation!!
Sergio Aranda of JAZZ did an excellent job replacing the variable speed motor and condensation pump in our HVAC system. Sergio is thorough, competent, professional, and very nice! He made it a pleasure doing business with JAZZ and Home Depot. A great experience for my husband and myself. Ask for Sergio!
The technician Isaac was very knowledgeable and prompt with his timing. One issue I have is I have to call them 2 days in a row to get any status on the follow up. Other than that very professional and definitely will recommend it to friends and family. Again thanks.
Excellent service. Came over immediately and corrected the problem. Best service ever had.
Rodel Ramirez was professional, kind and good at his work. I appreciate the time he took to educate me as well as fixing the main issue of our hvac system.
Steve was prompt and courteous. When he arrived he inspected the A/C doubled and triple checked it unfortunately there was no particular reason why my a/c is acting up. He gave me a couple of suggestions one being changing the filter which I promptly did. Whatever tweaks Steve made hopefully that took care of my issue.
Justin took care of our immediate cooling issue but our unit is 20 years old and probably not worth trying to pour money into it. Justin went through the different options of replacing our unit as well as what size and brand we need. We appreciate his expertise and knowledge to help us with this process.
Rodel had high technical knowledge in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing and performed sincerely to support the customer's needs.
Rich was thorough and very polite. He answered all my questions (63, I think) and satisfied my issue with just the minimum service charge. We both agreed I need to replace my a/c unit but he wasn’t aggressive or pushy with his sales pitch. 6 out of 5 rating!
Alex was on time, thorough and helpful. Highly recommend!
Jose was very professional and thorough. Found a problem and fixed it on same visit.
I had a new house heater installed. I dealt with 3 of your service technicians. I'm a retired HVAC technician and a facility manager. I was very impressed with their job performance and work ethic. It's rare these days.
Best technician out there for troubleshooting and saving customers money where he can
Jazz did a great job for us! Ro was an amazing technician! He walked us through the work each step of the way and resolved our AC issues!
I got an excellent service on our AC system which gets it back to work beautifully.
They are all very efficient and got the work done in about seven hours. They were still thorough and are following up for inspections, etc.
Excellent experience with Jazz AIr Conditioning! They were the fastest to reply and service when our AC went out during a heat wave. Others were telling us days which would have been an ordeal. Can’t say enough about the AC technician Isaac A. Complete professional. Thoroughly inspected our AC system. Very detailed…
I got My air conditioner unit serviced by Joshua Simangan. He had a great attitude, explain and showed me everything and all the work that he was doing and he also showed me what repairs I needed to be done and gave me a price quote as well. He was a very excellent salesman.
Nick is so very kind and professional! We truly appreciated his style and wouldn’t hesitate to call upon him for his services in the future! What a lovely young man!
Fantastic! Get Scott Sabado of help
Very helpful and informative
Very knowledgeable and does excellent work.
*******Update******* We purchased a new HVAC system from Jazz about two years ago after our previous 17-year-old unit had a blower motor failure. The salesperson was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. One of the biggest reasons we chose Jazz was because we were sold what was presented…
I was recommended to Jazz by my daughter and it was everything she said ,professional, polite, and helpful ,thank you Rich, I did sign up for the monthly program as a recent widow that is comforting to know who to call.
Josh Simangan was excellent. Very personable and did not push anything but gave the facts and allowed me to make my choices. Very skilled. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Highly recommend Jazz Heating & Air! Sergio was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and helped identify the issue right away. He made the entire process easy and stress-free, and he was so personable and professional. Great customer service from start to finish!
Manuel was great very informative and efficient.
Fast, efficient and comprehensive services.
Edwin and Nelson came out to replace and install a new Heater/furnace that conked out on us after 20+ years of faithful service. Arrived on time and finished the job the same day. Professional and friendly, I’m happy with their service. Before the install, Alex came to access and gave clear explanation on the issue…
Q. helped me to understand why I was having poor airflow, how he fixed it, and what I could do to make sure I was using the right air filters and installing them correctly. He also took photos and sent them to my email so I would remember for later. Great service!
Ro was helpful and certainly knowledgeable. Helped address our issue quickly and with such great customer service.
Amazing service by the entire team! We were desperate to have our AC fixed due to the high temperatures in the area and your team not only got back to us quickly with an appointment but gave us many options on how to fix our AC. The team was honest, quick, and extremely reliable!
Q. diagnosed our issue and fixed it right away. He communicated well during the process. It was covered under warrenty.
Fantastic Service. The entire experience is amazing and the team did a fantastic job. I don’t know the names of the engineers but they did a superb job. We got our AC and Furnace replaced. Although the main work of replacing the AC is fixed. The airflow across all rooms is still not even. I have opened a service…
Jazz is on the ball!! Next day service and on time, their technician Said Godinez was ready to jump right in and assess the situation…. He was knowledgeable and articulate and made our problem easy to understand with assurance that he could and would effect the repair with parts he had in the truck. The whole…
Scott was awesome! Did the work quickly and also explained my system to me and told me about some options I might want to consider down the road with no pressure! Great experience with him!
Our AC stopped working over the weekend during a heatwave, and Jazz was quick to respond to our service request. Rodel Ramirez arrived on time and fixed the issue efficiently. Excellent service and a great experience overall.
Isaac Garcia-Flores did a great job quickly diagnosing the problem with our AC unit and repairing the problem. He showed me the readings and every step of the way. He did do the (likely required) upsell suggestions, which I declined, and he did not push. We were happy to get our AC repaired quickly the same day it failed.
Isaac Garcia did a gr8 job fixing the furnace !!
Ridge came out during requested window. He examined our situation and gave us options on how to solve. He was polite and very knowledgeable.
Had them out for the second time on unrelated issues but when the A/C went out we called them based on our first experience. They didn’t disappoint, getting the problem solved with perfect professionalism. Nick was awesome, diagnosing and fixing the problem, explaining what was going on along the way. Good people!
One of the worst ones out there. Told me they are coming from 12-4pm. Called me at 345pm to say it's now at 4-6pm. At 630, the tech finally called and said he's coming. My power just went out waiting for them the whole day until both my power and my AC went out. Completely unreliable folks. To think I had a…
Max from Jazz Home Service came to our home in San Jose to help fixing the leaking from the ceiling. We have used some other plumbers before for the similar issue, but Max is the most experienced one we got. He quickly concluded that the leak was not from pressured water pipe, but from the toilet upstairs. Then he…
Our service technician was friendly and very helpful. We’ve been using Jazz for a few years and they are always reliable and clear on the work and the pricing.
Great experience with Jazz. Nick F was friendly, professional and did great work. I couldn’t ask for better!
Rodel Ramirez had been really great technician to repair HVAC with minimal fuzz and with a great smile.
Sergio was good- gave detailed estimate and was very open about the process
Our air conditioning stopped working just as the hot weather was getting started. Jazz was the most organized in their responses to me when I first contacted them on Yelp (compared to some other companies). They also had availability for a technician to come out the same day - which was important to me since we…
Bit overpriced, but great great service. Rodel who was the technician was an expert and did a great job with my home HVAC system.
The JAZZ team came in and did a big job for us at a reasonable price. The process was smooth and they communicated any changes as they happened. I hope I don't need any more HVAC help but if I do I'll definitely use JAZZ!
Kevin, Nathan, and Alex did an excellent job. They were very professional. These are the types of employees that most places lack now of days. I HIGHLY recommend JAZZ heating and Air and defiantly a plus if you get Kevin and Nathan installing your system. Alex did a great job getting everything started and taken…
Great job everyone I dealt with were professional. Isaiah did a good & prompt job
I called my former HVAC company that was recently purchased by JAZZ Home Services. They had a professional out there in less than 4 hours. I called at 8:30am on a Monday morning hoping to get someone there by the next day. It was not a real emergency. Nothing that a couple of extra blankets wouldn’t have solved but…
We had some over flow of water in the condenser of the AC up in the attic and Joe and Brandon help clean it up. They also mentioned that if ever there’s another incident that causes the AC unit to stop, they will come back to check what could have happened. Hopefully we don’t have to do that. Thank you both!
The work great the schedule and coordination needs work to be better
Rodel was professional and knowledgeable through the entire process.
Arron, Cody and Justin were awesome. Diagnosed problem quickly, ordered parts which arrived within a week and installed today super fast. Excellent work!

John came right on time and assessed the dishwasher, connections, & pipes and identified the problem immediately. We picked up a new machine…
Had my tankless water heater flushed by Aaron Covell. He was very professional, walked me through the whole thing and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend.
Brian came out to look at and repair our air conditioning unit. He was friendly and accommodating ensuring he answered all of my questions and explaining to me throughout the process. Definitely appreciated the extra effort he put in to ensure not only was the unit fixed but also that I had peace of mind.
We had a very frustrating experience with this company. We originally called because one bedroom in our home had significantly weaker airflow from the heating system. The technician who came out recommended replacing a “black box” component and doing a deep cleaning, and suggested that airflow could also be…
Jazz Cooling was fantastic! Rich and his team were prompt, professional, and handled every detail of my AC install. As a tradesperson, I truly appreciated their care and quick resolution of any issues. Highly recommend them!”
Ridge Zonge did an excellent job for us. Very thorough and explained issues clearly. Would highly recommend him
I had my AC unit fixed by Said and he did an excellent job. The motor of the fan gave out, so he diagnosed the issue and replaced the part. The whole process was very seamless and Said went above and beyond. I will definitely use Jazz Heating and AC in the future due to Said's professionalism and expertise.
Justin was amazing to work with, took his time when explaining the options we had, and tried his best to get us the best deal he could offer. I am glad I chose Jazz to work with.
Isaac G was outstanding with the maintenance of our HVAC system and the installation of the air scrubber for a good rate. He took the time to walk me through everything in detail and made sure the system was running perfectly. When we had a few concerns, he responded quickly and handled everything efficiently,…
After a year and a half of dealing with ongoing issues from my AC installation, I had honestly lost all faith in this company. Agustion was very professional and was able to share all the information regarding the service needed to make this system run efficiently. Great job .

AC and thermostat was not operating properly after a power surge. Alex was able to troubleshoot and take care of a couple parts needing replacement on the spot. Was quick,…
Brandon came and assessed the situation with my furnace. After discussing it we found the best solution to fit my situation.
Wow, our tech Brandon went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure our AC was fixed before he left. Brandon was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and very helpful in diagnosing and repairing our AC/furnace. Sept 30 2025 Update: Another great experience with Jazz. The technician, Manuel Renteria, was very friendly, cheerful and efficient. Our outdoor compressor (about 6 years post installation) was tilted a bit from water running down a hill where the compressor was situated. He fixed that problem easily, and also…

Justin visited my home last week to help with a few heating problems we have been experiencing this winter season. We were initially afraid of how much this was going to cost us since we weren't exactly sure what the cause was. After Justin examined our system he was able to diagnose and fix the issues we needed to…
I got the maintenance and it was horrible. he made the screws loose and the compressor started leaking after his maintenance. He recommended to replace the compressor or the system as whole for no reason
Technician Rich is absolutely good and very knowledgeable. Had very good experience with Jazz Heating.

I cannot say enough good things about Nick who came to our house and we had a really complicated HVAC issue and he was able to make it simple for us to understand and provided exceptional repair descriptions, and pricing… I cannot say enough good things about this company … don’t waste your time working with other companies 💜💜💜
They’ve come out for 2 different issues, and both times within 24 hrs (other companies were days, if not weeks out). Steve gave a clear assessment of repair vs replace the furnace and answered all of our questions, even a follow-up call, with knowledge and patience. Highly recommend!
Scott and Francisco both did a fantastic job getting my HVAC repaired and my plumbing leaks fixed. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problems and gave me a couple of repair or replace options to consider. Once we agreed on the approach they ordered parts, arrived when they said they would and both finished to…
Overall quite happy with their service and repair work done, I have signed up for maintenance too. Only thing that bothered me was too many texts and confusion between them and myself. crew is knowledgeable and professional
Augustin was a pleasure to work with today! Super skilled and great communicator.
Antonio and his assistant did a great job. They explained the process and showed to be very knowledgeable
Please aware "They only service selected HVAC models only. " I was their customer for multiple years and had entire HVAC installed on my previous home. And on my newly built home I asked them and they rejected to service and reason was they don't wanna get into trouble/issue of dealing with specific model. I won't…
Nolan is excellent! He is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He answered all of my questions in a manner I could understand.
I had a great experience with this company and the technician. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to clearly walk me through everything he found in…
Said is a child prodigy, he is well versed in his craft and well spoken.
I scheduled Jazz Heating Air Conditioning and Plumbing to come for an air conditioning repair due to their great reviews. Alex came and gave me the bad news. Due to the flames coming slightly out versus up, the heater's bad according to him and repairing it would cost $7000 on a new furnace heat exchanger. Wait,…
Scott has been the best HVAC professional I’ve worked with so far. He is incredibly responsive, customer-oriented, knowledgeable, and most importantly, empathetic and genuinely caring. First time customer of Jazz after they acquired Haddon Heating. Very rocky start dealing with customer service when my heater went out. However, I really appreciate Jackie's willingness to listen to and address my concerns. I also received great customer service from Justin when he came out to diagnose my furnace issues.
Great service

Is was great meeting Steve. Very professional and patient. We chatted cars and chatted business. Ridge did my AC tuneup and was a total professional and super helpful. Explained everything in (not too much) detail and was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly.
I see nice reviews but each time I’m dealing with Jazz is a mess and they send 2-3 times someone else to fix issues caused by first maintenance visit. Do they intentionally break things to upsell something later? Any chance that you can send me next time those professionals mentioned in reviews that are capable of doing actual work?
Jazz has consistently done us right. They installed our AC system back in summer of 2021, helping us coordinate a necessary electrical panel upgrade, serviced our AC and furnace each year, and, most recently, replaced our coil per warranty. I want to give another shout out to Danielle in the dispatch office for…

We had Jazz do a general service and then repair/upgrade our A/C. Augustin was lead technician, always very responsive, accommodating and professional. Thank you!
Scott Sabado came to our home right on time to help diagnose our HVAC system. I thought it was the Zone Control board, but Scott was able to rule that out (working as expected) and was able to identify the culprit - a damper motor. It's been plaguing us on and off for the better part of a year. I threw at least…
Justo, our installer, did great work.
Ro and Miles were awesome! Super friendly, showed up right on time, and got everything fixed fast. They explained what was going on without all the confusing jargon and made sure my system was running perfectly before they left. Really appreciated how easy they were to work with—definitely the kind of techs you want showing up to your house. Thanks guys!
Brandon and Sayeed (sp) were very professional and upfront about the repair we needed. I was planning for a second opinion, but decided against it last minute since they were incredibly transparent and not pushy at all.
