Aug-Sept 2026: Google doesn’t let me add two reviews for the same company, so I’m updating my existing review. I am giving Jazz another 5 star review, this time for their HVAC and water heater install teams. Edwin and Nelson did a great job. Very professional and clean install.
They assessed and made a great recommendation, based on our AC and main heater system needs. They negotiated discounts and financing for me as we weighed our option. Sergio Aranda kept me informed every step of the way, and let me know the pros and cons in an understandable way. Sergio was friendly and a consummate professional.
Jazz was soo professional. They showed up timely manner, addressed the issues and layout the options. After picking the option Scott literally triple checked everything related and prep for installation which was the very next day. Installation was smooth and they cleaned up afterwards, addressed extra requests I…

The technicians that came out to install the 3 new units were very knowledgeable, knew what they were doing, and answered all of our questions. With the payment plan, and the warranties I feel it's well worth it. I am so satisfied with their service.
The team was great to work with from initial assessment through final installation!!

I had my entire AC, furnace, and duct system updated today by the Jazz team including Kevin, Arturo, Nathan, and Tony. It all started at the Home Depot for a special on ac tune up and inspection. Kevin, Julian and Jonathan helped with HVAC replacement. They did an awesome job, installation was done one timely manner and it was smooth.
Honestly, this entire experience has been a complete nightmare. First of all, we were sold a heat pump that wasn't even enabled. What was the point of selling it to us in the first place if you weren't going to turn it on? Then, an installation that was supposed to take half a day was rushed through in just two…
HVAC install went smoothly. Installers were super fast and professional.
Isaac G. did a great job with maintenance. Answered everything that I asked and was a great professional.
We just had our furnace replaced with Jazz. Kevin and Nate did an amazing job. Great customer service and were extremely efficient. We will be using Jazz for our home needs in the future!

Jazz provided top notch service! The installation team of Kevin and Nathan were friendly and super knowledgeable - they explained all the steps they were doing as they did them (I was very interested in how the work is done). The salesman Justin did a great job running me through all of my options as well, so I felt…
We had a great review for both the first visit( Justin) air conditioner repair, and the second visit, furnace install. Both were courteous and efficient and the company let us know they were running late both times. Super hot days on both so totally understood since I’m sure they were getting so many service calls. Would definitely use again.
Jazz Heating and Air did a great job for my family. We were in need of removing an old package unit from the roof and installing a new heat pump as a split system. The techs arrived on time and got the job finished in the same day. I couldn’t be happier. Then for the inspection, Ruben from Jazz came out to ensure…
The whole Team was great from Alex giving me the quote on Friday and Marvin & Milton coming out and doing the removal and installation on Saturday. They were all so polite and professional and provided great service. I am very impressed with the whole operation at Jazz your company. A great experience!!
I called for an inspection due to the system not working properly. Brandon came the next day and explained in detail all the issues and options to repair the system. I cannot thank Rich and the team at Jazz Heating enough. My furnace went out right at the start of the New Year, and they didn’t miss a beat. They arrived promptly on New Year’s Day and worked with incredible speed and efficiency to replace the entire unit. The quality of the work was top-notch, and the team was…

Our furnace decided to die on the coldest morning of the winter. The online recommendations for JAZZ were stellar thus I called for an appointment and Roger arrived within an hour. A replacement furnace was installed without any issues within 24-hours. The service was exceptional by everyone I spoke with at JAZZ.
Alex Oblia was my technician. Excellent furnace installation—fast, professional, and right on schedule. Everything was completed exactly as requested.
The staff at Jazz is very professional, clear in communication and stress-free to deal with. Ruben Torres did a heating system installation and everything went smoothly. They're all are very professional, no shenanigans , no delays, no sketchy over-pricing, no drama- I highly recommend them!
Edited to add: After making another call to Jazz and asking again to escalate my issue, they sent someone over right away and at least got my furnace working on an emergency basis. Unfortunately, there are still issues with the way the system is set up and the heat pump. Looking forward to editing this review again…

Edwin and Hernan were awesome. The install was quick, clean and really well done.
Julien and his team were excellent and had a new system installed and up and running in a day. Very efficient. Julien came back to help me with some setup. Great guy, pleasure to work with.
Don’t be fooled by their ‘lifetime warranty.’ Our heater has been broken for three weeks. When they finally came to inspect it, they found that the unit they installed just two years ago had failed and needed multiple parts replaced, which would take a week to arrive. After they told me the parts were in, I called…
Issac did a Great job!!!!
Recently our old hvac system stopped working. Alex from Jazz heating helped us out in explaining the repairs, replacement options and answered all the questions we had. He made the process and decision so easy and went ahead with it. Mason and Julian helped us removing old system, installing the new one and worked…

Great experience. Tony V called me right back and showed within an hour of me calling on a Saturday with a new water heater. He was friendly professional and experienced. He did not try to up sell me 8lon higher priced WH that I did not need.
The Jazz team (Anthony and Scott) did an excellent job installment our new heating system. They took the time to thoroughly answer our questions, were detail-oriented and left the work area spotless.

My 30 years old Heating and Air Conditioning Units "died" in the midst of the recent San Francisco Bay Area heat wave. I had been dragging my feet on getting new unit(s), but it was high time! My research on Google, NextDoor and Yelp led me to Jazz Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing (AKA Jazz Home Services).…
Kevin, Nathan, and Felipe did a great job with their installation. They arrived at around 8:30am and finished at around 5pm so just 1 day to finish it all. They were very informative and answered all the questions I had. Definitely recommend this company based on these guys performances.
Marvin and Milton just completed my furnace install and it was as smooth as process as I could have expected. Way better experience than other HVAC companies in the area
Jazz has been maintaining my 27 year old Furnace and Ac for the past 5 years. And then one day, when it was hot as hell, it decides to crap out me! So with that, since they’ve been great with me and family we decided to replace our old furnace and replace it! Alex helped me with picking out a a unit for the size of…

Jazz team performed an excellent job for my AC and heat pump. From estimation to installation to final inspection, they have been very helpful, professional and responsible. Highly recommend their services.
Update to my previous review - the system is quite noisy. If your furnace is in the attic there is a chance of loud buzzing sound to accure in the winter. I have contacted jazz a few times but so far the source of the sound is unknown. I am trying to figure out how to fix the system my self and will let jazz team…
Called Jazz to get a quote for installing the heat pump and I can say it is the best decision I've made on HVAC installation. Daniel from Jazz came in the next day and sent me the quote in the evening. The quote was the best one among all the quotes I received for the project. Jazz at that point was running free…
Technician Sonny assessed my old system. He was nice, professional, and explained everything to me. Codey and Row did installation. They were professional and pleasant. They showed up on time, completed the work on time, worked quietly, cleaned up after themselves, explained how the new system works and answered all…
Justin was amazing. Showed up and we talked through the issues I was having and he got right to it. He was efficient and professional and most of all great w my protective dog. He let her run and smell him so she didn't bark the whole time and he even played w her for a few minutes!
The initial install of our heatpump had some issues, which left us without heat for a bit. The owner of the company followed up with us personally and went above and beyond to make it right. We recommend this company.
I am very happy to have found Jazz to install the heating and HVAC system in the house. Shawn Doyle from the sales team really did an amazing job. He gave me a fair quote, spent a lot of time answering all my questions during our calls and made adjustments based on my requirements of features and budget. He was also…
Excellent service and an excellent company. Highly recommend.
They were great. Very friendly. They arrived on time and worked very quickly. They explained how everything worked and cleaned up very well when they were done. I will continue to use them for all my HVAC needs.
Update We had an issue for our unit not cooling during the heat wave. They came out the next day, found the issue, made a slight adjustment, and our system is running great again. All under their excellent service, great communication and honored warranty. I'm definitely still a happy customer. Hmm, maybe I'll…
Daniel was in time and very helpful! Thank you
Organized and stands behind their work. We had a City of Oakland inspector requesting details which a homeowner could not easily answer, but Jazz handled the entire matter quickly and efficiently.
We worked with Jazz back to 2019 to install the new HVAC system in our house and 2 Nest Thermostats. Everything turned out well and we were happy about the result. A couple of days one of Nest Thermostats lost WIFI connection. After talking to Google Nest support, they confirmed the unit needs a replacement. I…
Excellent service
Great interaction with Daniel on getting a quote and information I needed to choose a service. He was very responsive to my emails/calls and answered the many questions I had for him. The team that came for day of the actual service to change out my old a/c and heating unit to new ones were great. They were on time,…
From requesting quote all the way to completion of installation, the team at Jazz Home Services were professional and a pleasure to work with. When receiving a quote for the project Stephan was clear and concise with the scenarios and gave us options for different setups at a few different price points. For…
Very pleased with Jazz Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing. They installed a new air conditioner and furnace along with new ductwork. Work was completed in 2 days and done very professionally. The work site was left clean. They were very good at answering our questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this work done.
I highly recommend this company. We had an entire HVAC system installed in our 1940s home and I’m glad we went with Jazz. We got 4 estimates and they were the most detailed, competitive and efficient. They were easy to work with from estimate to instal to follow-up. Installation Hero team #4 and 5 were great too!…
Very professional. Took care of covering everyone during the work, left the house neat and clean. Discussed in details on the positioning of vent for effective performance, overall a very professional team.
Absolutely terrific experience. This is what I expected when choosing Jazz over their competitors. Jorge and Fernando clearly know their craft well. They were incredibly courteous and respectful. For various reasons the furnace installation couldn’t be executed as originally designed. The crew came up with a solid…
The Jazz Hero Team #5 (Cody, Brian and Chris) were absolutely fantastic.
