Aug-Sept 2026: Google doesn’t let me add two reviews for the same company, so I’m updating my existing review. I am giving Jazz another 5 star review, this time for their HVAC and water heater install teams. I had an old AC/heating system and water heater that needed replacing and the Jazz team gave a competitive…
I got a chance to work with Ridge, he called out Josh and Felipe, not sure if I spelled their names correctly. All 3 were amazing, not only Ridge explained thoroughly regarding the best choice for my home, josh and felipe installed with extreme care, my house now moved on from a 50 yrs old unit to now a cold home. 100% recommended
Jazz installed our AC, furnace, and two Nest thermostats. Jazz was extremely easy to work with, very professional, and gave us really great pricing relative to competitors. We’re very happy with their work and would definitely use their services again. In another visit we had John McBride out to look at our ancient…
Ridge was great and transparent with an all info. Antonio Arroyo and team were great with a quick installation of the entire HVAC system. Brandon, Manuel and Bryan were great with minor follow ups.
Great service!! We had a whole new heat/air system installed. Our two technicians, Nathan and Kevin, were wonderful. They were professional, efficient and very personable. They explained everything they were doing and were extremely knowledgeable. We are completely satisfied with the installation process. We highly recommend Jazz and their technicians.
We started our journey with Jazz over a year ago when they installed our new AC and furnace unit as well as did some duct cleaning. They’ve always been great in the recommendations and the technicians that arrive have always been extremely knowledgeable. They reached out because it had been a year and I never…
I just had my new HVAC as well as ductwork for a whole house. After having a few quotes from local companies in San Jose, I finally selected Jazz as a good company to work with. ADAM WAS OUR CONTACT WITH JAZZ, HE CAME OUT TO OUR HOUSE FIGURED OUT WHAT HVAC UNIT WOULD BE THE BEST FOR THE SIZE AND BEING A 2 STORY. ADAM WAS THE BEST. I had my entire AC, furnace, and duct system updated today by the Jazz team including Kevin, Arturo, Nathan, and Tony. Prior to this job, we had a professional consultation with the manager, Ravi, who performed a thorough inspection and designed our new system. They arrived right on time and got things started…
Honestly, this entire experience has been a complete nightmare. First of all, we were sold a heat pump that wasn't even enabled. What was the point of selling it to us in the first place if you weren't going to turn it on? Then, an installation that was supposed to take half a day was rushed through in just two…
Quick helpful service from Alex.
Jazz Heating and Air did a great job for my family. We were in need of removing an old package unit from the roof and installing a new heat pump as a split system. The techs arrived on time and got the job finished in the same day. I couldn’t be happier. Then for the inspection, Ruben from Jazz came out to ensure…

I needed a new AC/HVAC system. I went through Home Depot and they sent Jazz Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing to install the system. Edited to add: After making another call to Jazz and asking again to escalate my issue, they sent someone over right away and at least got my furnace working on an emergency basis. Unfortunately, there are still issues with the way the system is set up and the heat pump. Looking forward to editing this review again…
I had Jazz Heating replace my 56 year old furnace today. I had Jose and Justo install the furnace. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly yet effeciently. He inspected my furnace thoroughly and even gave me a brief tutorial on how things worked and what his concerns were. I did need a new thermostat and will need a new…
Edwin and Hernan were awesome. The install was quick, clean and really well done.
Alex and Brandon both did an amazing job with the insulation today. I really appreciate all of their effort! Yesterday, Jonathan and his teammate came over and did a whole 180 on my HVAC system. With new ventilation ducts and a new furnace, I am now WARM in my house!
Recently our old hvac system stopped working. Alex from Jazz heating helped us out in explaining the repairs, replacement options and answered all the questions we had. He made the process and decision so easy and went ahead with it. Mason and Julian helped us removing old system, installing the new one and worked…
Jazzz Hearing & Air provided my family top notch service from the time we contacted them for a furnace quote until the end of the furnace installation. My 30 years old Heating and Air Conditioning Units "died" in the midst of the recent San Francisco Bay Area heat wave. I had been dragging my feet on getting new unit(s), but it was high time! My research on Google, NextDoor and Yelp led me to Jazz Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing (AKA Jazz Home Services).…

We worked with Jazz back to 2019 to install the new HVAC system in our house and 2 Nest Thermostats. Everything turned out well and we were happy about the result. A couple of days one of Nest Thermostats lost WIFI connection. After talking to Google Nest support, they confirmed the unit needs a replacement. I…
We had a unique problem that required a redesign of our existing HVAC system and hot water tank. JAZZ was able to provide a solution. We are very happy with the service that was provided and would not hesitate to recommend the company. If the situation arises we would not hesitate to call them.
Excellent service
Perfectly implemented project in time and budget. 10 year warranty made me to lean toward Jazz vs the competition
From requesting quote all the way to completion of installation, the team at Jazz Home Services were professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company. We had an entire HVAC system installed in our 1940s home and I’m glad we went with Jazz. We got 4 estimates and they were the most detailed, competitive and efficient. They were easy to work with from estimate to instal to follow-up. Installation Hero team #4 and 5 were great too!…
Very professional. Took care of covering everyone during the work, left the house neat and clean. Discussed in details on the positioning of vent for effective performance, overall a very professional team.
Absolutely terrific experience. This is what I expected when choosing Jazz over their competitors. Jorge and Fernando clearly know their craft well. They were incredibly courteous and respectful. For various reasons the furnace installation couldn’t be executed as originally designed. The crew came up with a solid…
The Jazz Hero Team #5 (Cody, Brian and Chris) were absolutely fantastic.
