Vincent and Joel did work on my plumbing and had awesome customer service. Thanks
We want to give a HUGE thanks to our service team Ramon, Gio and JJ for coming out TWICE this week to help my fiancée and I get our water softening system running smoothly again and replacing our ancient water heater. We can't thank them enough for pushing the permits to rush the service for us despite some hurdles…
Naveed did a great job replacing antique shutoff valves and outdated tub faucet. He is an excellent communicator, told me what and why repairs were needed, completed them efficiently and neatly. I recommend him highly for fixing very old house plumbing stuff. Jazz is lucky to employ him....
My plumber was Koda Villegas. We had a gas leak that we detected on a Friday and he came out to take a look on the same day. Unfortunately it was too late in the day for him to fix it same day, but he came back out the next week and got it fixed. Super friendly guy
Steven has gone above and beyond what I ever could’ve imagined having a leak under my foundation. He has been there for me through the entire entire process with with my insurance insurance adjuster, the Leak Detection and the repairs it was like having someone from my family do the work for me making sure that all…
Naveed was really professional and willing to go the extra to address our concerns. He worked efficiently and was friendly about responding to my questions. He did a thorough drain cleaning to allow a very old plumbing system to work smoothly again.
Naveed did a great job fixing our kitchen drainage system.
I had a water leak notification which was not visible and Jazz was th only company who had the technician visit the same day to diagnose the problem. Steven quickly recognised the leak underground in the main lateral and suggested multiple pinhole leaks. After explaining me the potential issues and options to fix, I…

Tony and Naveed were fantastic!
Ivan Bonilla was professional, informative and efficient on all three plumbing jobs he performed at our house. He performed maintenance, discovering two serious malfunctions. He organized the correction of both malfunctions, and he installed a kitchen sink faucet, even demonstrating its function.
James Huff was awesome!! Very professional and knowledgeable.. made the whole process seamless. Definitely gained a customer for life.
Ramon Gomez was amazing, professional, and got the job done quick!! I had frozen up piping and he was able to take care of us promptly. TY sir!
I found Jazz at the spring home show in Pleasanton where I met John Monacelli. He came out gave me very competitive estimate compared to others that I received. Unfortunately I decided to go with another company trying to save a few bucks and it ended up costing me in the end. I ended up failing inspection and…
