Tech was great! Fixed the problem
John McBride and Monty Pearson did a great job helping with my plumbing inspection. They walked me through all the issues they found, were very personable and professional. 110% and A+ for both.
The plumbing technician John McBride provided outstanding service during the visit. He arrived promptly , demonstrated exceptional expertise and diagnosed the problems efficiently.
Jazz is amazing as always! They came out swiftly and drained the pipes amazingly! Huge thanks to Alex S and Monty P!!
John McBride visited my home and inspected all of our plumbing issues. He was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the problems, providing clear and practical solutions. I especially appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. I would especially like to recognize him for his kindness, for…
I got a chance to meet, and work with, Alex, Jon, and Ivan (and the rest of their crew). What started out as a backed-up shower quickly turned into more. But they were kind, honest, and had the professionalism and passion for craft, something that money can't buy. Im a new homebuyer who is still learning about all…
They are top-tier, very professional and fast with completing the job. Joseph K. helped me out. He was very great and professional.
John McBride came to check out all our plumbing. He was super friendly and honest. He gave sound advice about our pipes. Thank you John!
Jazz saved the day! My water heater went out and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to shower today, not good. I called Jazz and they got me in SAME DAY - which was huge because no hot water is an emergency. The plumber, Koda Villegas, came out quickly. He arrived at the time he said he would, was clean, friendly, and…
Great experience! Ro and Anthony were friendly, offered helpful advice when looking over my hvac and plumbing, and had a no-pressure discussion on options to replace an aging water heater. I’ve been a customer of Jazz for years and continue to be happy.
Jacob was very friendly, helpful, and efficient with fixing our drain issue. He explained the process and got us up and running right away.
Had a clogged drain Saturday. I called Jazz and they where able to send a technician out within 2 hours. Allan and Jordan did a fantastic job and was able to clear the main line. They were very friendly and explained how and what was the problem. We will absolutely use Jazz as our go to plumbing. We will be scheduling a AC/Heating service next.
Whenever I have any issue with my HVAC or plumbing, they are always the first ones I call. One morning, I woke up to find that I had no water throughout the entire house. It turned out that my water softener from Home Depot had malfunctioned, causing sediment to build up throughout all the water lines in my home.…
Great experience with John McBride from Jazz Plumbing. He was very punctual, explained everything clearly, and did an excellent job with my water heater. His attention to detail was fantastic. Highly recommend!
Aug-Sept 2026: Google doesn’t let me add two reviews for the same company, so I’m updating my existing review. I am giving Jazz another 5 star review, this time for their HVAC and water heater install teams. I had an old AC/heating system and water heater that needed replacing and the Jazz team gave a competitive…
Alex S. and Ramon G. did a great job plumbing my kitchen sink and pipes. They were friendly, professional, responsible, and very easy to communicate with. They also pointed out some serious issues they noticed in my home, which was very helpful. Highly recommend Alex and Ramon!
Alex Seeley was the best! Fixed in under 10 mins! Highly recommend. Fixed our garbage disposal and gave us some quick tips on how to best prevent that moving forward!
Jacob and Jonathan did an amazing job. They were able to clear the sewer line and identify where the break was in our lateral. Clearly explained what needed to be done to fix the problem. Very professional.
Great experience with the plumbing team. Jacob was the first technician who came out, and Jonathan followed up to perform the camera inspection of the sewer line. Both were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain what they were seeing and what needed to be done. I really appreciated their…
I like the service and job but just one request I have here: please make sure if you are doing a maintenance , repairs or replacement let the technician / plumber use it first in front of the customer to make sure everything is working right. Many time I have plumber / hvac technicians walk away without checking…
I had a great experience with Alex S from Jazz. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and communicated clearly throughout the visit. He took the time to explain what was causing the drainage issues and walked me through the work he was doing, which I really appreciated. He worked hard to snake and clear…
Tony Vave installed our tankless water heater and water filtration. He was very thorough and explained clearly the work details. You can tell that he is an expert in this area. He was organized and cleaned up the work area pretty well. He is nice and friendly and very helpful. Koda Villegas installed our garbage…
Jazz is one of the rare companies that make sure the job is done correctly. Jazz is not satisfied until the customer is satisfied. Although we had a concern about the job early on, Manager Chase understood the issue and sent Technicians Edwin and Christopher who made sure we were happy with the job. I plan to use…
I’ve been working with Jazz for a few years now. It is great having a service to rely on for HVAC. They also recently replaced my water heater. This week I had an inspection and found out a recent rodent invasion had trashed my ductwork. Rodel was great at figuring out the repairs I needed and scheduling them. He even got along with my dog.
John McBride came for our plumbing inspection. He is very knowledgeable, great to talk to and did a thorough inspection of our bathrooms, sink and other plumbing. I have had Jazz come over for my HVAC and AC maintenance too. I’d recommend John for plumbing

I had maintenance service for my water heater system by AM-John M. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in checking the system. I have had a great experience working with Jazz and plan to use them in the future.
I have been thoroughly impressed by the professionalism with which the associates of Jazz Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing conduct themselves. Steven B. has been to my house several times and has done a GREAT JOB!!! I use Jazz for my plumbing needs because they are courteous and professional. They are knowledgeable and get the job done right.
I have to write this because I don't want anyone else to go through what I went through with Jazz Plumbing. I had an active water leak in my house, which is already a stressful situation, and this company made it so much worse through pure disorganization and lack of accountability. A technician named Paul came out…
Fantastic and quick work! Koda was fantastic!
Home is 1925 with original sewer line. When toilet could not be unplugged, decided to call Jazz Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical - previously used Jazz electrical and was a 5 star experience. Jazz Plumber arrived, same day, around 5 pm. The sewer pipe, from year 1925, was a challenge to navigate as the…
Alex S gave an excellent turn up to my water heater today
I don’t have an urgent issue but Jazz got me on their schedule right away. Monty was really helpful in getting my drainage inspected before the rainy season. Great service. Great people.
I called Jazz out for a quote to get a sewer lateral pipe replacement and main water line replacement as my home is on the older side. Monty came out and ran a camera down the sewer pipe to show the condition and get measurements. He mentioned that a trenchless replacement was an option. He was professional,…

Great Service from Alexander S!
Hot water knob went out this morning. Carlos was here within the hour and replaced the whole assembly. He was professional and fast.
Alex was great! He answered all my plumbing questions and arrived promptly on time! Very professional! A+++
When I ask Google how much it should cost to install a two way clean-out in California, digging in soft soil, going only about a foot deep, it tells me it should cost about $1,500k. Then why am I paying over $4k?!?! OVER $4,000!!! (Wait it gets worse.) I came home last week to my bathroom flooded, water in the tub,…
Alex S was good. He inspected the plumbing installation and gave a comprehensive report
Everything was great. The toilet issue was fine by the time he got to bathroom. But he was so friendly!
Chris was a big help. Very respectful answering my questions so I knew what was going on. Fixed everything great
Job well done! Charles installed a new toilet in one of our bathrooms. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He also addressed a loose kitchen faucet issue and discussed details with my husband concerning it.
John M. Came by this time to test my plumbing and flush my tankless water heater. Everything was great. Offered to give me info on some whole house filtering options, but didn't push the upsell, which was great. Overall he did a great job, immediately put on protection on his shoes before walking in the house, which…
We will be calling Jazz Heating, Air and Plumbing many times in the future based on the OUTSTANDING service that Simon gave to us on a recent job. Simon's initial work was to determine if there was anything amiss with some water lines for a washing machine and to look at the gas line to make sure that it was…
John McBride was my technician. He was very thorough and explained everything. It was simply on-going maintenance, flushing the hot water heater and changing filter for ac.
Alex S was very professional and nice
Koda was awesome. He troubleshooted the plumbing issue very well, did true diligence in finding replacement parts and super helpful in helping us understand underlying issue. He resolved the problem that other 2 plumbers were not able to fix. I highly recommend Koda for your plumbing needs.

I had an excellent experience with Jazz Home Services. We had a full horizontal sewer system repipe. From the very beginning, Simon provided a thorough and professional inspection, explaining every detail of the work needed. Their quote was also more competitive than others, offering great value. The actual work was…
Excellent service. Charles came to fix a leaky overflow in my kitchen. He was sharp, on time and knew exactly how to fix the issue. He was down to earth, kind and got the job done with solid professionalism. If anything else in my home happens plumbing-wise, i'll be calling these guys again. Thanks.
I cannot recommend Jazz. We hired them in May 2026 for a whole-house water and drain repipe in San Jose. The plumbing installation itself took three days, and the field technicians generally worked hard. However, the project was far from complete. The contract included obtaining permits and coordinating city…
