Manuel helped us with a new install and came right away when we had a concern. Working with Manuel has been a pleasure and he’s an asset to the Jazz team. Great experience.
We have worked with Jazz for many years and will continue. For this job Isaac was our technician and he did a super job for us. He was professional, courteous, thorough and did a clean job assessing and fixing the issue.
I called Jazz out for a quote to get a sewer lateral pipe replacement and main water line replacement as my home is on the older side. Monty came out and ran a camera down the sewer pipe to show the condition and get measurements. He mentioned that a trenchless replacement was an option. He was professional,…
Jazz installed our AC, furnace, and two Nest thermostats. Jazz was extremely easy to work with, very professional, and gave us really great pricing relative to competitors. We’re very happy with their work and would definitely use their services again. In another visit we had John McBride out to look at our ancient…
The Jazz team is incredible. Customer service is beyond excellent. We encountered recurring issues with a unit they installed. Wasn’t their fault purely manufacturer’s issue and the comms and expectations were incredible. Most recently, Kevin and his Partner in Crime (forgot his name) completely crushed it with a…
Said Godinez was an amazing technician. He was super friendly and communicates everything clearly and in a way that is easy to understand. He went the extra mile to rinse out our AC unit well and the thorough measurements and told me about the battery cap inside the unit that needs to be replaced. He replaced it…
Issac A. was courteous & on time.
Augustine went above and beyond. He fixed our problem, was courteous, thorough and very professional. We had a great experience!
Very professional. Took time to explain options and issues with my unit.
Recently our old hvac system stopped working. Alex from Jazz heating helped us out in explaining the repairs, replacement options and answered all the questions we had. He made the process and decision so easy and went ahead with it. Mason and Julian helped us removing old system, installing the new one and worked…
Brandon Carrion was a fantastic tech! Clean and honest, would use this service again.
Jesus was efficient, courteous and thorough. I really appreciated his willingness to answer all my questions, and he went above and beyond to ensure I knew how to run my new thermostat, and even helped me order new filters for my system before he left. Always good service and experience with Jazz.
Zachary Bohler came to look at air conditioning went outside and inside very thorough technician, great customer service Ernie
Jazz team is professional, courteous and they do a great job of not good installation but also maintaining my HVAC and AC system.Highly recommended
Zachary was friendly, followed all COVID safety guidelines and was very efficient. He got our A/C up and running within 30 minutes! He also explained what the issue was and followed-up to repair a minor tear to our attic trim. It was a total accident but we appreciate that he cared enough to take care of it!
technician was on time friendly and newest job diagnosed the problem within minutes The only problem was they wanted $299 for a part that I can buy at Ace for 25 seems a little ridiculous to me would not recommend them
Great experience, I’ve used them a few times and the technicians are always very professional and knowledgeable. Love the modern tools as well such as texting, tracking arrival of the techs, and online presence.
Sanny diagnosed and fixed the problem, and also fixed the other floor's heater while he was here. Quick and very affordable!
Very professional and responsive. I highly recommend their maintenance program. For a low monthly fee they come out and give your system a full inspection / tune up multiple times a year, at no extra charge (unless parts are needed). They also give members priority service. Fantastic business, very fair,…
Perfectly implemented project in time and budget. 10 year warranty made me to lean toward Jazz vs the competition
Sanny was professional, informative and mindful/respectful about COVID precautions. He resolved our issue in a quick and efficient manner. It was a pleasure having Sanny help us with our system.
Resolved my tenants' problem quickly, thanks!
