Alex S was great!
Justin did an outstanding job installing 2 new toilets and had a great attention to detail! Definitely a great plunber!
Job well done! Charles installed a new toilet in one of our bathrooms. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He also addressed a loose kitchen faucet issue and discussed details with my husband concerning it.
Jazz Heating & AC recently replaced my home water heater, garbage disposal, two toilets and two bathroom sinks. Steven showed up on time, provided all the information and different options for the job. Quotes were quick to arrive and prices are competitive. The team of technicians of JJ, Tony and Aaron was very…
We had our contractor installed a toilet and experienced extremely low water flow. Had the other plumbing company to check but couldn’t find out the issue. Jazz came over to take a look our thermostat and had thought to give them a shot for a 2nd opinion about the toilet and guess what? They fixed the water flow…
Max from Jazz Home Service came to our home in San Jose to help fixing the leaking from the ceiling. We have used some other plumbers before for the similar issue, but Max is the most experienced one we got. He quickly concluded that the leak was not from pressured water pipe, but from the toilet upstairs. Then he…
Koda did a great job with a big job. We had 6 different plumbing pieces installed over 3 bathrooms. Koda handled everything from the quote to the work and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional the whole time. He answered all my questions during the quote and worked with me to find the best plan for my needs and budget.
We ordered a new toilet from Jazz. Less than a week later Naveed came to install it. He was on time, and in just a little more than an hour he finished the work. Naveed is friendly, knowledgeable and experienced at his job. I was very impressed by his meticulous planning, and the fact that he checked with me…
Jazz! Should be proud to have an employee as good as Naveed. He went above and beyond to help us with our problems. We had some misunderstandings about what was to be worked on. But he worked with us by looking to see what was in his van and he managed to fix everything on one day. He’s extremely discreet when a…
Francisco was super helpful in helping with my toilet replacement. He was able to arrived the same day I called. Asked me for my preferences with no upselling pressure. He made sure I got discounts for being a member. Replacement happened in a timely manner. Very efficient work.
This review is for a toilet purchase and installation in an upstairs bathroom. Service Tech Edwin Rivas did an excellent job. He was quiet and efficient making multiple trips up and down our stairs. Everything was left clean and the new toilet works perfectly.
Scott and Francisco both did a fantastic job getting my HVAC repaired and my plumbing leaks fixed. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problems and gave me a couple of repair or replace options to consider. Once we agreed on the approach they ordered parts, arrived when they said they would and both finished to…
I had a plumbing emergency and Jazz Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing really came through. I accidentally broke my toilet while trying to fix the chain. I pulled off the flapper instead, and the toilet wouldn’t stop filling with water. The pipes were old, and I couldn’t shut the water off. I called Jazz, and…
Juan was great so friendly and kind. Explained everything he was going to do. I will definitely ask for him for my plumbing needs. I will also recommend him to anyone needing a plumber
Very responsive to my calls, next day service, clean and fast installation. Thanks Vincent
I found Jazz at the spring home show in Pleasanton where I met John Monacelli. He came out gave me very competitive estimate compared to others that I received. Unfortunately I decided to go with another company trying to save a few bucks and it ended up costing me in the end. I ended up failing inspection and…
Overall 4.5 out of 5 so far, to be honest I’m just trying out there a/c side. But, very satisfied with the plumbing side of things. They’ve been prompt on the most part in terms of their appointments and sometimes have even tried contacting me to see if I could have them come in earlier. Even when I sort of had an…
They did a great job installing my toilet! The only downside is that I had an appointment scheduled on Friday at 8am but they didn’t show up at all and officially canceled on me to reschedule at 3pm. I took off work that day to be home so it was pretty unfortunate. Thankfully taking off on Friday is a good day to…
Gerardo Reyes is EXCELLENT!!! Replaced a 16” toilet with a 19” version. Checked plumbing and all connections, worked efficiently, left the bathroom spotless. Can’t recommend him enough!
