Aug-Sept 2026: Google doesn’t let me add two reviews for the same company, so I’m updating my existing review. I am giving Jazz another 5 star review, this time for their HVAC and water heater install teams. I had an old AC/heating system and water heater that needed replacing and the Jazz team gave a competitive…
Tony Vave installed our tankless water heater and water filtration. He was very thorough and explained clearly the work details. You can tell that he is an expert in this area. He was organized and cleaned up the work area pretty well. He is nice and friendly and very helpful. Koda Villegas installed our garbage…
Our gas water heater (about 40 years old) began to produce rusty hot water. Jazz provided a free inspection and estimate for various solutions and when I decided on a new tankless model, Tony came the same day and did the job efficiently and quietly.
Me and my dad met Ivory and Liz out at the art and wine festival they were both really great and they gave my dad some really good information and help with my dads quote for an ac unit.
Charles did a great job installing my water heater.
We had a leaking water heater. I reached out to a handful of companies, but Jazz was replying to messages in minutes, had a representative out in a few hours, and we had a replacement scheduled within the day. Eric came to install - incredibly polite, a hard worker, communicated well and took time to understand what…
Tony JJ and Steve did a great job
Jazz came out in the middle of the night to do a water heater replacement. They had great service and customer service. Naveed did an amazing job! Who knew he was so strong
Tony and his crew did a fantastic job installing my new tankless water heater. The job was extremely difficult, involving running a long gas line, vent, and drain lines that were underneath.the house on a steep hillside. They got it all done in a day. They were the best!
Tony V. was my technician to replace my water heater and was awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable and resolved the issue quickly.
Easy and fast water heater installation
In order to even post this I had to give one star which I would’ve given zero if I could have! Unfortunately the service that I received was not good at all. The installer did a terrible job! He did not install the gas line properly. It was too short and he did not put sealant on any of the bolts on the right side…
The technicians that came out to install the 3 new units were very knowledgeable, knew what they were doing, and answered all of our questions. With the payment plan, and the warranties I feel it's well worth it. I am so satisfied with their service.
Great water heater installation
I called this company on a Saturday night after experiencing an emergency leak from my water heater. They were very helpful and responsive. I understood my options and had a new water heater installed by Monday afternoon. I specifically received support from Simon and Charles, both of whom were respectful and…

When John M was professional and courteous.. I am pleased with the work he did and pleased with his professionalism.
Jazz Heating & AC recently replaced my home water heater, garbage disposal, two toilets and two bathroom sinks. Steven showed up on time, provided all the information and different options for the job. Quotes were quick to arrive and prices are competitive. The team of technicians of JJ, Tony and Aaron was very…
Very happy with the maintenance visit. Isaac Garcia was courteous, efficient, and did a great job inspecting and servicing our AC system. We appreciate the attention to detail and would gladly use him again.
Had a water heater installed recently. Nick was a really nice guy and answered all my questions.
Alex S was awesome! Super helpful answered all of our questions.
JAZZ HVAC and Plumbing were great to work with. From Ben, doing the upfront review and sales, to Justo, doing the Mini-Split, and Aaron on the Heat Pump Water Heater, they all performed perfectly, professional, helpful and courteous. Great job guys!
I asked my tenant to arrange for a repair of leaky pipes at the house she rents. I told her tell them to replace any leaky pipes. She chose JAZZ. Without giving me an estimate, or gaining my approval, JAZZ replaced my water heater (which worked fine) and the circulation pump. The water heater replacement was…
Steven and Tony - very personable and competent. Easy to talk to! They are very skilled with water heater installation! I would recommend them, they took time to answer my questions. I would recommend them to any of my acquaintances, friends and family as they are both top notch.
Our tankless water heater was not working properly and Aaron Covell at Jazz was able to figure out what our house needed. We did end up with a newer unit model, but it has changed everything for the better. No more waiting forever for hot water. It has made our house so much more comfortable! Thank you again, Aaron!!
Alex S was great!
Incredibly nice, helpful, and fast!
Thank Koda so much for getting our water back! We appreciate you.
I had the pleasure of working with Diego Aponte from Jazz Services, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of his work. We called Jazz when our water heater suddenly went out on a Saturday. I worked with Miguel who came out on a Sunday to go over our options and he replaced it the following Monday. This is the second time I’ve gone to jazz for plumbing/pipe fitting services and each time they have been prompt, professional,…
Aaron C and Justin M replaced our old, leaking gas water heater with a new electric/heat pump water heater and installed a MoenFlo. They were friendly and professional, and even when a hiccup out of their control came up, they made the process as smooth and stress free as possible. They were able to come the day…
