Aug-Sept 2026: Google doesn’t let me add two reviews for the same company, so I’m updating my existing review. I am giving Jazz another 5 star review, this time for their HVAC and water heater install teams. I had an old AC/heating system and water heater that needed replacing and the Jazz team gave a competitive…
Tony Vave installed our tankless water heater and water filtration. He was very thorough and explained clearly the work details. You can tell that he is an expert in this area. He was organized and cleaned up the work area pretty well. He is nice and friendly and very helpful. Koda Villegas installed our garbage…
Our gas water heater (about 40 years old) began to produce rusty hot water. Jazz provided a free inspection and estimate for various solutions and when I decided on a new tankless model, Tony came the same day and did the job efficiently and quietly.
Me and my dad met Ivory and Liz out at the art and wine festival they were both really great and they gave my dad some really good information and help with my dads quote for an ac unit.

We had a leaking water heater. I reached out to a handful of companies, but Jazz was replying to messages in minutes, had a representative out in a few hours, and we had a replacement scheduled within the day. Eric came to install - incredibly polite, a hard worker, communicated well and took time to understand what…
Tony JJ and Steve did a great job
Jazz came out in the middle of the night to do a water heater replacement. They had great service and customer service. Naveed did an amazing job! Who knew he was so strong
Tony and his crew did a fantastic job installing my new tankless water heater. The job was extremely difficult, involving running a long gas line, vent, and drain lines that were underneath.the house on a steep hillside. They got it all done in a day. They were the best!
Tony V. was my technician to replace my water heater and was awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable and resolved the issue quickly.
Easy and fast water heater installation
In order to even post this I had to give one star which I would’ve given zero if I could have! Unfortunately the service that I received was not good at all. The installer did a terrible job! He did not install the gas line properly. It was too short and he did not put sealant on any of the bolts on the right side…
The technicians that came out to install the 3 new units were very knowledgeable, knew what they were doing, and answered all of our questions. With the payment plan, and the warranties I feel it's well worth it. I am so satisfied with their service.
Great water heater installation

Alex S was awesome! Super helpful answered all of our questions.
JAZZ HVAC and Plumbing were great to work with. From Ben, doing the upfront review and sales, to Justo, doing the Mini-Split, and Aaron on the Heat Pump Water Heater, they all performed perfectly, professional, helpful and courteous. Great job guys!
I asked my tenant to arrange for a repair of leaky pipes at the house she rents. I told her tell them to replace any leaky pipes. She chose JAZZ. Without giving me an estimate, or gaining my approval, JAZZ replaced my water heater (which worked fine) and the circulation pump. The water heater replacement was…
Steven and Tony - very personable and competent. Easy to talk to! They are very skilled with water heater installation! I would recommend them, they took time to answer my questions. I would recommend them to any of my acquaintances, friends and family as they are both top notch.
Our tankless water heater was not working properly and Aaron Covell at Jazz was able to figure out what our house needed. We did end up with a newer unit model, but it has changed everything for the better. No more waiting forever for hot water. It has made our house so much more comfortable! Thank you again, Aaron!!
Alex S was great!

We were helped by Aaron. He was fantastic and installed a heat pump water heater for us!
Five stars for the technicians and three stars for scheduling. The scheduler had trouble getting the technicians for different functions to arrive in the correct sequence. The complexities of the project should have been reviewed instead of always dispatching electrical first (electrical doesn't have concrete saws…
We had a wonderful experience booking our Jazz Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing appointment with Leanne. We would consider it exceptional. She understood the urgency of our request (our water heater had abruptly stopped working) and did an exceptional job in giving us an appointment STAT. In fact our…

Jazz techs are always great! Pictures of before and after so you know exactly what was done. And they always clean up afterwards!! Jazz has replaced HVAC system and hot water heater over the past 3 years plus provided annual maintenance! Would definitely recommend
Don’t Do it! Quality of work is really poor!! Worst experience with a contractor I’ve ever had and management doesn’t care!!! I saved and waited 20 years to redo my entire HVAC so that I could afford the best solution and that is not what I got. Would never recommend or give them any future business. Jazz is…
Overall 4.5 out of 5 so far, to be honest I’m just trying out there a/c side. But, very satisfied with the plumbing side of things. They’ve been prompt on the most part in terms of their appointments and sometimes have even tried contacting me to see if I could have them come in earlier. Even when I sort of had an…
Ernest took charge of issue… installed new hot water tank … thorough, detailed in his objective, professional, knowledgeable and checked things out. He was most successful and so very neat in his work. Very thorough in his efforts … … clean, neat, explained what he was doing … Virginia Hayes

Highly recommended! New water heater installed within 48 hours. Did my homework as I got quotes from 4 highly reviewed companies. Chose Jazz to do the job. (or Boom Water heaters - Jazz’s sister company). Excellent work, on-time, highly competent and friendly technician, and fairly priced. Left the job site…
Brent came out to diagnose a dead water heater for us and I really appreciated his expertise and the time he took to talk to me about the potential issues with the system.
