Exceptional Experience with JC Licht – From Design to Installation! I had an exceptional experience working with JC Licht for my new window treatments, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. A special thank you to Emily B., my consultant, who was wonderful to work with. She took the time to truly understand the look and feel I was trying to achieve in my condo and was able to capture my vision perfectly. Her expertise, attention to detail, and ability to listen to what I wanted made the design process easy and enjoyable. The finished window treatments look beautiful and are exactly what I was hoping for. I also want to recognize Lisa in the main office, who went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. I needed several documents for my HOA, and Lisa was incredibly gracious and helpful in making sure I received everything I needed. She even went out to the loading dock herself to locate my window treatments and let me know how much each box weighed—such a thoughtful extra step that was very much appreciated! Lisa also called to remind me about Rob’s upcoming installation and made sure all of my questions were answered. Her communication and customer service were outstanding. And Rob, the installer, was fantastic. He was professional, efficient, and meticulous. He carefully took the measurements, removed my existing window treatments, and installed the new ones without any issues. The work was completed fairly quickly, everything was done properly, and he left absolutely no mess behind. It is rare to have such a consistently positive experience with every person involved in a project. Emily, Lisa, and Rob each played an important role in making this experience exceptional. Their professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. I am extremely pleased with my new window treatments and would highly recommend JC Licht to anyone looking for beautiful window treatments and outstanding customer service. Five stars all around!

Great eye, easy to talk to, and no pressure at all. If you know what you want but want a pro to help you nail it, go see Sheryl. Highly recommend.

They seem to have just about everything you need, whether you are picking up tools, hardware, paint, or supplies for a quick repair. The staff has always been knowledgeable and willing to help, which makes a big difference when you are trying to find something specific. One thing that always stands out to me is seeing how busy the paint department is early in the morning. Watching the crews loading paint orders onto trucks at five or six in the morning really shows how much this place supports contractors and businesses throughout the city. It is a well run operation and an easy recommendation.
