Came within an hour of my call! Very professional and neat. Removed my old plumber from my phone and put in Jeff’s number for future use!
Excellent service, were able to come over same day
Our repair man was younger and very professional and knowledgeable. I liked that he showed me what was wrong with the old parts and educated me thru the process so I was able to make better judgement calls decisions on what to replace new. I highly recommend them as they were exceptional in every way. Our bill was $593.56.
All personnel involved were very kind and accommodating was a very good experience
Billy came to my house and was very knowledgeable and helped quite a bit with the issues we had! Hoping when we need the rest fixed we can have Billy again and for our future needs!
Billy showed up and had fixed my toilet drain issue was in and out good job
There was a problem with the flapper in a stool that had the inner workings replaced 7/8/26. The tech was friendly, and explained the situation well. I was not charged a service call because of the error in the replacement equipment in July.
We've used Jeff's Plumbing for years, two different homes. They are great! Professional, prompt, clean, courteous, definitely knowledgeable and high quality work they stand behind with reasonable rates makes them our top choice in plumbers.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Jeff’s Plumbing for years, and once again they reminded me why I keep calling them whenever I need plumbing work. Andy arrived right on time, replaced my toilet, and discovered an unexpected valve leak that he was able to fix before it became a much bigger problem. I really appreciated…
Andy did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Glad to have my toilet back!
Last winter one freezing Sunday everything was frozen and my toilets wouldn’t flush, then overflowed. Jeff’s dispatched someone right out, two guys came worked and worked on it. It ended up being a trickier problem because of how far the frozen pipe was from my house. They figured it out and got me up and running!…
Excellent plumbers. I use them all the time on several buildings that my family owns.
Your tech Tyler was polite and I was very happy with the results. I will definitely call Jeff's plumbing again.
Would highly recommend Jeff’s Plumbing! We always have great customer service and we won’t use anyone else.
I could not be happier with the service I received today. When I called the operator, he was very kind and took the time to gather some diagnostic information. The technician was here the next day, on time, as promised. He was very skilled, solved the issue I called in, and found and addressed two others (saving…
I can take care of most home repairs, but was not comfortable tackling this one on my own. Service was timely and repair was well done.
Prompt, polite, complete
The plumbers were prompt, friendly, and quick without making us think they needed to rush to get to the next job. We have used them before and they will be our plumber of choice.
We had toilet/plumbing issues on Thanksgiving night. I called Jeff’s Plumbing and their service person Matt came and solved, fixed our issue! Such outstanding service is rare today but we had it with Matt at Jeff’s Plumbing! Thank you Matt and Jeff’s Plumbing!!!!!! Outstanding price too! I was expecting it to be a lot more! Thank you!
We had Caden install a toilet in our basement bathroom. He did a great job.
