I cannot say enough good things about Jefferson, particularly Matan, who handled our situation with exceptional care and diligence. He checked in almost daily to monitor progress, ensured the work was done to the highest standard, and worked tirelessly to get our rooms back to normal as quickly as possible. Matan…
Jefferson was hired to detect and repair a leak that had been causing problems for my landlord for years after two other failed repair jobs from other businesses. Within 15 minutes of calling them, I had a call back from the project manager, Matt to discuss the issue and plan the detection service. I can’t say…
We had water damage to the flooring and drywall near our HVAC unit due to a leak caused by faulty installation. Dan was the best project manager ever. I must have spoken to him on the phone 20 times over the course of the restoration and the guy always answered by the second ring. He gave instant responses when we…
We called Jefferson Restoration in such a stressed out situation! He immediately came out, explained how he could stabilize the situation and got my school up and running by the end of the weekend. As an educator and mom, taking care of young ones is paramount! They kept my school up and running and safe from any…
Highly Recommend Jefferson Water Damage & Restoration Philadelphia! Had a slow leak from our toilet, that caused mold damaged and weird smell. Ben came out and found the leak within 10 minutes. They also helped me treat the mold safely and repair all damages. Very respectful, polite, and overall just a good experience.
Working with Ben was a breeze. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the situation clearly, and started on the mold mitigation and repairs. This was all on Christmas eve. He got his roofer in on the day after Christmas and followed up to make sure everything is good to go! Work was thorough and I would highly recommend Jefferson to everyone!
Had an amazing experience with these guys! We noticed some mold in our attic where we usually don't visit too often after the storm we had a few weeks ago. I called Jefferson and Dan got here the same day for a free inspection! He found the leak source in our roof, and repaired it the next day. Very happy with Dan and his crew! Thank you!
