We have used Jensen Plumbing for several years. They respond quickly if they can, get the problem solved efficiently, and are reasonably priced. Glad to have them in town.
Keith checked out our furnace a month ago. Did an awesome job in helping us pick out a new furnace since after 29 years we didn't want to push our luck through the winter! Monday the guys came and got the new furnace installed, new air conditioner as well as a new thermostat. I can't say enough good about this…
Fast service
The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. From the salesman down to the installers. Of course, as Luck would have it. It was a very rainy day when they did the installation. The installation looks absolutely beautiful and they definitely went above and beyond when they cleaned my Floor after they were done. Super kind and respectful group of men.
Very quick service to get a completely new energy efficient furnace !
Had a new furnace installed. Very professional, friendly, and high quality work! Both guys who did the installation were fabulous! Also thanks to Kenny! Great guy!!! Highly recommend Jensens!

Keith is the BEST when it comes to maintaining ALL our HVAC units here at the Avenue Square Mall. He knows our building, and he is honest and trustworthy. Thank you Keith for always taking such great care of us!
We were very happy with our experience with Jensens. They were very prompt in reacting to our broken furnace and installing a new one. What impressed us the most is we were told our old furnace was bigger than what we needed for our house. They could have easily sold us a larger more expensive new furnace but…
Woke up to find downstairs cold, furnace not cycling. Called Jensen and they had someone out there in 30 mins. After about 30 minutes of diagnosis determined the board on my 30-year old furnace was shot. The good news was while old, they did have a non-OEM replacement board that would work, but recommended against…
Kenny came to our house to provide an estimate for a new A/C system and evaluate need for a new furnace which was well overdue. Kenny was professional, knowledgeable, very responsive to communication and quickly provided a proposal with various options. The installation crew (Kyle, Troy and Noah) were on time,…
Nate and Kyle did a great job installing the furnace for Ricky and Karen Kind in Lake Mills. Thank you two for all your professionalism and great work.
We are so pleased with the services provided by Jensen. They have done all our annual furnace check ups ever since we moved to our Lake Mills home in 2002. When our old antique furnace finally expired in April of 2019, Jensen installed a new one. They have fixed miscellaneous issues over the years. Most…
Jensen did a great job from diagnosing the problem to the best quote and then quickest installation. Our new furnace is working well. Nate, Noah and Kyle did a wonderful job. Thank you!
In early October Jensen installed a new heating system, including all duct work, in our 100+ yr old house. My first impression came from my interaction with Kenny, whom did the assessment, determined the quote, and coordinated the work. He worked to ensure all needs were met and our questions were answered. He…
New furnace, A/C and whole house dehumidifier. Kenny was very courteous & knowledgeable, his information & proposal were extremely helpful & easy to understand. Installers Nate, Kyle & Noah were stellar. Incredibly polite and respectful as well as very knowledgeable. Excellent job including everything fastened very…
Jensen’s always responds to my phone calls in a timely manner. In addition, a service technician is usually sent out within a day-if not the same day. Most recently, we had to replace our furnace. Kyle and Matt were on time, efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. They answered all of questions and helped us…
Great people to work with. Nate and Kyle did a fine job installing my new furnace. Beginning with the quote from Kenny, to the installation... very professional. Thank you Jensen!
We've used Jensen's for plumbing, heating, and A/C work for well over a decade. Their service is the best. It's a great group of hard-working professionals whom we trust in our home. We recently had an A/C unit replaced. Kenny, Troy, Matt, and Dave did an amazing job making sure everything was done correctly. It's…
Troy and Kyle, who installed our new furnace, were polite, diligent, professional, and responsive to our questions. In all our business with Jensen, they continue to be transparent about pricing and timely in delivery. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

We had the privilege of having two young men install a new furnace for us today . We were very impressed with there knowledge of all that they had to do. They were here at about 9:00 AM and started right in taking the old furnace out and bringing the new one in. They were very polite and answered questions that we…
Jensen installed our Heating and A/C in 1992. On a recent check up I was advised it needed replacing. No worries, I got my moneys worth after almost 30 years. I worked with Kenny on the project, came up with best models for our home, then Kenny had Troy and Kyle come out and in one 8 hour day they installed both,…
Very impressed with this team very glad we picked them for our work. We had a our furnace, water heater and faucet replaced, as well as fixed out of code plumbing under our kitchen sink. Jensen has installed, replaced, or repaired nearly every thing in our house over the last 20 years. I don't know what we would do without them. Ali and Jake have fixed our last few plumbing emergencies quickly, professionally and neatly. They were also part of the team installing. our on demand hot water system.
Jensen has been the best for our plumbing-heating-cooling needs! Very fast response time and friendly since our house has had pets and Kids in it! Jay has been here the last 2 calls and has gone above and beyond to help fix our troubles, not to just his way but asking if we were OK how things looked! He was…
