Great experience. Had them come out and quote the same day they called. Got on the schedule a few days later for a whole house humidifier. They came out on time, worked quickly and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend!
Changing my review - when it came time for HVAC equipment replacement, had a hard time with communication and Jensens sense of urgency.
We emailed back and forth with quotes a bit ago. When our furnace began making some loud noises, we reached out and went with no heat for a bit as we weren’t sure the issue and didn’t want anything to go wrong.
Although response happened right away via email, they were so quick to respond they didn’t even update the quote I asked for, they sent out a totally different quote with different equipment. Being local, I went to their shop to talk, get questions answered and what I thought would have been a closing sale, led to an “I’ll email you another quote.” The new quote had a 3.5 ton unit, where they previously said that size was too big for our current duct work. When questioning it, they said it was fine. Lots of back and forth, contradicting information; we lost faith that they knew what they were doing.
When spending a large chunk of money on new units, I’m glad we went with another company. The new company was out within an hour of calling them, onsite for a quote, did a calculation sheet and were able to give clear guidance on new unit options. They even had install dates the following day where Jensen’s was a few days out.
Even knowing our urgency, Jensen’s never reached back out, so my assumption is they didn’t want to work with us. Disappointing for our local shop.

Fantastic to do business with. They deserve more than 5 stars. We needed some plumbing repair work done. Two o'clock in the afternoon the problem showed up.
