"Our" plumberis always prompt friendly, willing to talk through what he is doing and why and suggesting ways to avoid further issues. I have found the heating/AC staff to be equally proficient. Jensen Heating, plumbing and Air Conditioning in Lake Mills is an A+ business: a relief for those of us with aging equipment and systems!

I had an intermittent problem with my furnace. The technicians were kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They solved my problem after a couple trips and thankfully before the very cold weather we are currently experiencing.

although any amount of money spent on a furnace is too much, I am glad to have heat in my home from the furnace rather than space heaters. Steve was very easy to work with and explained everything he was doing. Thank you for the quick and respectful service call.

This young man was so polite and so knowledgeable! I asked him to explain as he was working on the furnace. Definitely will use again.

On Friday morning 10/31 we realized our furnace wasn't working. We called several places and Jensen was able to get to us within 20 MINUTES of us calling! CJ and Mason were professional and kind. They fixed everything quickly and the price was amazing!! We will not only use them again but recommend them highly.

Although I was astonished at the emergency repair rate, I was able to find a solution to address the emergency situation until they opened the next day.
