"Our" plumberis always prompt friendly, willing to talk through what he is doing and why and suggesting ways to avoid further issues. I have found the heating/AC staff to be equally proficient. I had an intermittent problem with my furnace. The technicians were kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They solved my problem after a couple trips and thankfully before the very cold weather we are currently experiencing.

although any amount of money spent on a furnace is too much, I am glad to have heat in my home from the furnace rather than space heaters. Steve was very easy to work with and explained everything he was doing. Thank you for the quick and respectful service call.

On Friday morning 10/31 we realized our furnace wasn't working. We called several places and Jensen was able to get to us within 20 MINUTES of us calling! CJ and Mason were professional and kind. They fixed everything quickly and the price was amazing!! We will not only use them again but recommend them highly.

Although I was astonished at the emergency repair rate, I was able to find a solution to address the emergency situation until they opened the next day. Keith was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Quotes were reasonable and up front. If I need boiler service in the future I will be asking them to send Keith again. Jensen has done work for me in the past and always does quality work in an efficient amount of time.

Came home at 9 pm to find a cold house and the boiler not working. Let a voicemail on Jensen's emergency line and Keith came over at 8 am the next morning and replaced the boiler. Everything was taken care of within 12 hours of our discovering the problem.

Tested my furnace October 7; bupkus. I called Jensen at 0730 Monday morning, spoke to Jenny, said she could fit me in the schedule today (hooray because I was off from work!). Lo and behold Nate was at my house by 10:00 and very quickly I had heat. Super courteous and with attention to detail, Jensen’s Nate was fantastic. Thank you again, Jensen.

They promply fixed out heater but charged us for the part that was on hand at the warehouse double what it cost I feel like that's price gouging
