They were very easy to work with. Scheduling was set and three polite men showed on time and replaced furnace and AC. All at a realistic and reasonable cost. I recommend them.

Very prompt, sorted out the issue quickly, repaired, and completed the work. Highly recommend.

Called them at 8AM about a leak under my kitchen sink and it was fixed by 9AM and I live in Fort Atkinson. I was thrilled to have my problem solved so quickly.

The property is a 2 story 8 family apartment building. We had a drain pipe leaking in the basement that occurred only when when the the kitchen faucets on the 2nd floor were running. I had a leaking faucet a couple years after moving in, they came out twice and “fixed” the leak only to have it start leaking again and then ended up needing to replace the faucet. Jensen has installed,replaced, or repaired nearly every thing in our house over the last 20 years. I don't know what we would do without them. Ali and Jake have fixed our last few plumbing emergencies quickly, professionally and neatly. They were also part of the team installing. our on demand hot water system.

I had a leak in our basement and I was able to contain it. I called Jensen on Monday and ask to get someone out to our house to help repair the shut off valve to our outside faucet.
