I got the blinds through Costco. Jet City Blinds quickly contacted me, Kay came out and talked me several different options. I wanted remote control blinds that were easy to clean. I'm happy with the ones I got. They arrived several weeks earlier than expected. The installer was excellent. I would use them again.
We found Jet City Blinds installation to be quick & clean & on-time. The installer suggested a minor modification, which was helpful. We love the quality of our new blinds! We would use this company again.

We had been searching for blinds for several months and spent a lot of time debating whether we should have them professionally installed or take the DIY route. With so many windows and not enough time to tackle the project ourselves, we ultimately decided to go with Jet City Blinds through Costco, and we’re really glad we did. The pricing from Jet City Blinds was very fair, and the Costco kickback was a great bonus that made the overall value even better. The entire experience was great. The service was professional, and the installer was knowledgeable, efficient, and did a beautiful job. Overall, the blinds turned out really nicely and have made a big difference in our home. There is only one drawback: because of the structure of our windows, the roller shades could not be installed flush with the wall. This made it more difficult to layer curtains with the shades, which was something we had hoped to do. Other than that, we’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Jet City Blinds.

JetCity was great for my blinds installation, from appointment setup to installation. They were also able to get blinds for the skinniest accent windows (<1 ft wide), which was important to me as the windows face a well-trafficked road. I found them through their affiliation with Costco.

Unacceptable quality, poor communication, and zero accountability for a $25k order – Still incomplete! We ordered custom roller shades for our home through Costco's vendor program with Jet City Blinds, spending over $25,000. What should have been a premium experience has turned into a multi-month disaster with no end in sight. Repeated Measurement Failures: Windows were measured three separate times before the initial order was even placed. Despite taking two full months to deliver, the shades arrived in June with incorrect valances, wrong sizing, and motorization that skewed and didn't roll straight. Unprofessional Installation: The initial installation took an entire day. The installer struggled to program the motorized/electric shades, requiring my husband's assistance to set them up. Misleading Follow-Up: The installer assured me three separate times that he would handle the reorder for the damaged/incorrect pieces and explicitly told me not to contact the salesperson. A month later, after radio silence from Jet City, I found out nothing had been reordered. Internal Disorganization: When I reached out to management, the manager was completely unaware of any issues. The installer had to return to measure one more time post-install (bringing the total to five measurement visits). Still Incomplete After Today's Repeat Install: After being promised an expedited order in 2–3 weeks, it took 5 weeks for the replacement shipment to arrive. The installer came out today, but the project is still not complete: One replacement blind was completely missing from the shipment. The valance caps delivered were the wrong size. A blind that the installer previously claimed could be fixed with a shim could not be fixed, so it now has to be reordered yet again. For a $25k investment and a Costco-partnered vendor, this level of disorganization, incompetence, and lack of quality control is completely unacceptable.
