The service was great! The associates were extremely thorough, efficient and very courteous! I was in and out in 20 minutes. It was even faster than any dealership I've been to recently!
I was greeted quickly, work was done quickly, everyone was very nice. I would recommend this location. I don't trust just anyone with my truck.
Great experience at this Chico location. The crew got me right in to change my oil. They were friendly and professional. If you’re looking for great quality service at a fair price Jiffy Lube is the only place to go.
Great service Kept trying to sell things we didn't need. Stuff they could have checked themselves with their own expertise if we needed it rather than to allow bumbling fools agree to waste extra money over things they don't understand and don't need.
very helpful, very efficient
I only take my vehicle to this Jiffy Lube. Staff is always friendly and they get the job done quickly. I can take my vehicle there during my lunch hour. I'm in and out of there with enough time to still grab some lunch. I highly recommend this place!
Exceptional staff always fast, super friendly and to get the job done for a reasonable price
I've been taking my vehicles to the Chico Jiffy Lubes since I could drive. The employees are always super nice and respectful, and the waiting area is very clean. You pay a little bit more than some of the cheap places, but they top off all your fluids, and your tires, clean your windows, and even vacuum! For me,…
Super fast service! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, which was perfect for my schedule. Guaranteed great service every time.
Good service - good price.
I was in and out in 20 minutes. Staff is always polite and helpful. And I appreciate the hours
Great service in and out quickly

Always friendly, fast and courteous. I wait in car and was done fairly quick. Considering it was lunch time and very busy. They had a ton of people working in unison and enjoying what they do as a team. Plus they offer a veteran's discount.

Great services. Very friendly
Top Notch customer service and a free vacuum of my car. Found a coupon also on Jiffy Lube for $15 off it's good till September 15th 2026. What I liked about it best was their honesty I didn't know whether to replace two filters and I was told honestly I could go quite a while longer. Well that was really impressive. This is my go-to from now on.
Jiffy Lube on Notre Dame Blvd in Chico CA has helped me for many years with detailed auto system check ups! During an oil change, they have discovered and remedied several other issues. Everyone is great, from greetings to payment. The wait time has always been minimal. I'm a fan and highly recommend them!
Very nice staff. At the end I was asked if they could do anything else for me and I told them I'd like my brakes checked because there's a grinding sound. They checked them for me when I think usually it takes an appointment which I'm very grateful for. Nice place 👍
Bryan and his crew at Jiffy Lube are always spot on with my service. Thanks for the quick work..

Fast, friendly service! Nobody tried to upsell something I didn’t need. I put my trust in them and they were honest with me. Great customer service.
This is the jiffy lube that my work uses for their fleet vehicles and I typically change my own oil in my personal vehicle but I was busy last week and decided to go here because everytime I take my work truck to get serviced, the guys are always super nice and I never have to wait super long and they are very helpful.
I trust these guys with my fleet trucks. That take care of them all with no problems very little down time and I don't have to worry that the services have'nt been done right.

We were first inline and first to leave they did everything that they said the would do and I payed and now we got 7500 miles for our next trip to jiffy lube. Thank you
My husband brought my Jeep in for a quick oil change and we recently had a check engine light come on. They were nice enough to plug in the reader and found that it was just a gas cap issue. SOOOO HAPPY for the wonderful news and not having to go to a mechanic to find out something so simple and also pay hundreds of dollars! 💵 😊
Oil changed in a jiffy!
These guys are great! I actually enjoy getting my oil changed! They let me stay in my car and they are all doing their individual part and communicating back and forth…making the service quick, efficient, and fun! Very professional and I highly recommend!!

This Jiffy Lube location has always been legit for me. I normally go to the Jiffy Lube shop on either Notre Dame Blvd or Mangrove Ave, both have been similar experiences over the years. Price is a bit higher than other places but I feel it's worth it. They offer extra services which is nice when you're wanting to…
This location is always super fast and friendly. I appreciate you all. The employees always offer to clean the windshield, replace the air filter and then they go over the report with me. A+ service. I will note that the price has gone up quite a bit, paying roughly $117 for an oil change is wild- but that's the world we live in now.
Super fast and friendly!
Great fast an friendly service

Drove into the parking lot and was next in line near an open bay. within a couple minutes they were pulling my car in and started working on it. Within 5 minutes they were giving me an estimate. Turns out my mud pan was zipptied in place. It took them a few extra minutes to reattach my mud pan and they didn't…
This location is always so kind and efficient. They never try to pressure me into anything additional, they provide information for what might need replacing and I am able to make an informed decision and they are always pleasant. I been using this jiffy lube for many years. They have let me know about leaks I didn't know I had on vehicles i had taken to them over the years, luckily. I bring both my vehicles here. One is an 2004 the other is a 2023 and I trust JL with both of them. With the oil change they thoroughly check out the entire vehicle including vacuuming. They're service covers everything a dealer warranty requires at a fraction of the cost.

Your service was great , staff was respectful,
Great customer service and professional people under the hood of your car. Most certainly overpriced considering the cheapest oil change they offer is $79.99 which is a little ridiculous. At the end they try to ask you for an up charge of $30 for an oil additive which cost seven bucks at AutoZone and $17 for a fuel…
A very nice experience. Quick and efficient. Very helpful and attentive staff.

The guys here are wonderful. Great job!!!
Walmart told me they couldn't do an oil change due to an overtightened drain plug and filter. I went straight to Jiffy Lube and discovered it was spurting oil so much the dipstick was dry. If it hadn't been for the guys here I'd probably have a blown engine. THANK YOU SO MUCH JIFFY LUBE! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!

I had an oil change and lube at the 2450 Notre Dame Blvd location in Chico CA on 06/12/25 for 119.77 with a $15 coupon discount. W.O. #24. The service tech broke my windshield reservoir filler cap and didn't say anything. About a week later a message came up saying I was low on washer fluid. When I went to…

I have been taking my vehicles to the Notre Dame Jiffy Lube for several years now. I can say that they are the best. Great products and great service.
Gentlemen were professionals.
Used for years, always let me know how things are going under the hood. They show me my air filters, and I usually say replace or if barely dirty blow out and keep. Besides engine oil replaced, they deal with training and other uncommon oil changes, usually around 15,000 to 30,000 thousand miles. I just had them…
I've been having our families cars & trucks here at our local Jiffy Lube for the past 15 years and have received nothing but the best customer service every time. It's not the experience we are receiving on a consistent bases. They have gone out of there way to make you feel as though you are not just another customer.
