The service was great! The associates were extremely thorough, efficient and very courteous! I was in and out in 20 minutes. It was even faster than any dealership I've been to recently!
I was greeted quickly, work was done quickly, everyone was very nice. I would recommend this location. I don't trust just anyone with my truck.
Great experience at this Chico location. The crew got me right in to change my oil. They were friendly and professional. If you’re looking for great quality service at a fair price Jiffy Lube is the only place to go.
Great service Kept trying to sell things we didn't need. Stuff they could have checked themselves with their own expertise if we needed it rather than to allow bumbling fools agree to waste extra money over things they don't understand and don't need.
very helpful, very efficient
I only take my vehicle to this Jiffy Lube. Staff is always friendly and they get the job done quickly. I can take my vehicle there during my lunch hour. I'm in and out of there with enough time to still grab some lunch. I highly recommend this place!
Exceptional staff always fast, super friendly and to get the job done for a reasonable price
I've been taking my vehicles to the Chico Jiffy Lubes since I could drive. The employees are always super nice and respectful, and the waiting area is very clean. You pay a little bit more than some of the cheap places, but they top off all your fluids, and your tires, clean your windows, and even vacuum! For me,…
Super fast service! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, which was perfect for my schedule. Guaranteed great service every time.
Good service - good price.
I was in and out in 20 minutes. Staff is always polite and helpful. And I appreciate the hours
Great service in and out quickly
oil change and uber inspection. fast service
Always friendly, fast and courteous. I wait in car and was done fairly quick. Considering it was lunch time and very busy. They had a ton of people working in unison and enjoying what they do as a team. Plus they offer a veteran's discount.

I’ve been using this Jiffy Lube for years for oil changes and servicing my vehicles while I was in business now that I’m retired. I’m still receiving exceptional service.

You guys are the best of all the jiffys I've been to.
Always great service. Nice lobby and comfortable waiting. Love the free return anytime for oil top off and quick inspections.
Super quick service even though they had other customers.
Great service, professional, and always friendly! Brian, Maxine, and Dick has an A+ business. Highly reccommend!
Great services. Very friendly
Top Notch customer service and a free vacuum of my car. Found a coupon also on Jiffy Lube for $15 off it's good till September 15th 2026. What I liked about it best was their honesty I didn't know whether to replace two filters and I was told honestly I could go quite a while longer. Well that was really impressive. This is my go-to from now on.
Jiffy Lube on Notre Dame Blvd in Chico CA has helped me for many years with detailed auto system check ups! During an oil change, they have discovered and remedied several other issues. Everyone is great, from greetings to payment. The wait time has always been minimal. I'm a fan and highly recommend them!
Very nice staff. At the end I was asked if they could do anything else for me and I told them I'd like my brakes checked because there's a grinding sound. They checked them for me when I think usually it takes an appointment which I'm very grateful for. Nice place 👍
Bryan and his crew at Jiffy Lube are always spot on with my service. Thanks for the quick work..
The staff is always friendly and professional.

Unreal how courteous and efficient the Jiffy Lube team are. In and out in 10 minutes. Best service in town!
Great experience with jiffy lube, Notre Dame location. Bryan and his crew did a great job. He even went above and beyond and gave me information about my check engine light code. I will be bringing all my vehicles there.
Very quick and professional service
Always get in out quickly. They explain what needs to be done and let me decide what I want to do
Great service and in and out quick
I have been using Jiffy Lube for my car service for many years. The staff is always courteous and efficient.
This Jiffy Lube is the only place I go! Quick and efficient, will show you your filters and no pressure if you choose not to replace. And you get a vacuum and you front window washed! Best place in Chico for an oil change!
Fast, friendly service! Nobody tried to upsell something I didn’t need. I put my trust in them and they were honest with me. Great customer service.
This is the jiffy lube that my work uses for their fleet vehicles and I typically change my own oil in my personal vehicle but I was busy last week and decided to go here because everytime I take my work truck to get serviced, the guys are always super nice and I never have to wait super long and they are very helpful.
I trust these guys with my fleet trucks. That take care of them all with no problems very little down time and I don't have to worry that the services have'nt been done right.
Excellent service! Got a full synthetic oil change and everyone was so friendly and nice. They changed my air filter too and vacuumed my floors and did my window. They are awesome! I will definitely be coming back.
The service is always great there.
Wonderful experience. Every single person I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured which as a female in typically do going into places like that. Will definitely come here again.
This Jiffy Lube is my go to place for all my oil changes! I'm there about every 8 weeks and I refuse to go anywhere else. Everyone that works there is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend this location!

Iv'e used this Jiffy Lube for many years. I trust them to be honest & know what they are doing. I moved out of the area but drove over 2 hours to have them service my car.

Good thorough job and they vacuum your car!! I’ve been having the oil changed at the same location for years. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube on Notre Dame Blvd.
Been taking our cars here for years.always fast and efficient and never had a problem. Coffee in the waiting room. Hot tip for Chico residents - look in the little yellow coupon magazine thatcome in the mail for the discount coupon.
Capable honest and clean.
I have been getting regular oil changes here for over 15 years. Very thorough service. Friendly, and knowledgeable staff, great customer service, fast and efficient. Five Stars ⭐️
We were first inline and first to leave they did everything that they said the would do and I payed and now we got 7500 miles for our next trip to jiffy lube. Thank you
My husband brought my Jeep in for a quick oil change and we recently had a check engine light come on. They were nice enough to plug in the reader and found that it was just a gas cap issue. SOOOO HAPPY for the wonderful news and not having to go to a mechanic to find out something so simple and also pay hundreds of dollars! 💵 😊
Oil changed in a jiffy!
These guys are great! I actually enjoy getting my oil changed! They let me stay in my car and they are all doing their individual part and communicating back and forth…making the service quick, efficient, and fun! Very professional and I highly recommend!!
We’ve been taking all our cars/trucks to Bryan’s Jiffy Lube for 15+ years! Love the service & the fact that they know us & our cars/trucks. Recommend them 100% ❤️
They are always very courteous and friendly! Great service!
This Jiffy Lube location has always been legit for me. I normally go to the Jiffy Lube shop on either Notre Dame Blvd or Mangrove Ave, both have been similar experiences over the years. Price is a bit higher than other places but I feel it's worth it. They offer extra services which is nice when you're wanting to…
This location is always super fast and friendly. I appreciate you all. The employees always offer to clean the windshield, replace the air filter and then they go over the report with me. A+ service. I will note that the price has gone up quite a bit, paying roughly $117 for an oil change is wild- but that's the world we live in now.
Super fast and friendly!
Great fast an friendly service
It's where all of our family has their cars oil changed and serviced. Thank you for a professional experience each and everytime.
I brought my car in last Saturday for an oil change. I was immediately and politely greeted by one of the workers who instructed me as to where to park my car. The work was done quickly and professionally. I was in and out in approximately 15 minutes. I always appreciate the service at this Jiffy Lube location and I highly recommend.
They were friendly, quick and helpful! Got me in and out of there quick and even vacuumed my car and cleaned my windshield.
