Google reviewers rate Jiffy Lube in Louisville highly, citing quick service, friendly staff, and fair pricing for oil changes and tire pressure checks. However, a notable number of low-star reviews describe significant delays, missed maintenance steps like fluid checks or loose filters, and unexpected upsells for unnecessary parts. Some customers also reported errors with discount applications and inaccurate quotes, suggesting inconsistent quality control despite the generally positive sentiment.
