Naya took good care of us and got us a deal! Will definitely be back! Thanks!

Always a pleasure. This branch has great guys working for them.

I went to get my oil changed and I had a toddler with me who wasn’t in the best of moods. The employees were all so kind and patient. They made sure to get me in and out of there in a timely matter. Shawn, the manager, ended up giving me a great deal and even brought out a hot wheels car for the toddler. It was an… Read full review

Cati is super knowledgeable and very helpful. Thanks for your help with my car today!

I had the best service here, I usually go to another place to get my oil changed but was passing it on my way home from work and decided to stop in. I AM SO GLAD I DID. Everyone here was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Naya! And as a 23 year old woman who doesn’t know much about cars, they did… Read full review

The people here are super trustworthy and awesome to work with!

Alexandria was great! Informative but not pushy, great attitude even though it was late in the day and extremely hot outside. We were even offered water. There was no wait, we were in and out. Definitely recommend!

Super nice, helpful people. Great attention to detail as far as I could tell.

Went for an oil change today. The technicians were wonderful. They clearly knew what they were doing and were polite and friendly. This is my second oil change at this location and it will continue to be the location I choose.

I had a great experience getting my oil change. Alex did a great job explaining and walking me through everything they were doing. It was the best experience getting my oil change from anywhere!

Fast service and nice people!

Naya needs a raise he gave me amazing customer service.

Cam provided excellent service today. He changed my oil and top off all my fluids. I highly recommend him and the fine folks at this Jiffy Lube location. 😎😎😎😎

Most polite employee's! Great service.

Cati, Naya and James were excellent! Great customer service! I was in and out!

These guys are simply the best. Efficient, thorough, honest and personable. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and efficient services!

Great customer service. They go above and beyond.

My first time getting an oil change at Jiffy Lube. The staff was kind and courteous. Also had exceptional service.

Kevin knows how to create a repeat customer. Came in for a simple oil change. Before leaving, he made sure my coolant and wiper fluid were topped off in exchange for a bit of banter. Absolutely recommend for quick maintenance and great service.

I absolutely love the Westport rd location in Louisville Ky, they are extremely attentive and made it a point to tell me things that most younger people don’t know like having to get your car serviced every 100,000 miles; beyond that they made a point to explain everything they were doing and what needed to be done further (if anything)

Have used the services of this Jiffy Lube frequently over the past 7-8 years, and have never been disappointed. It’s convenient, and the techs are knowledgeable and courteous. I will continue to patronize, and would highly recommend this business.

Naya or Naja was very nice and friendly and customer service was excellent!

Really took care of me, have been going to jiffy for many years

Had oil change on Audi noticed leak on driveway. Took back to jiffy and they went above and beyond to clean and verify all was right diagnose leaks etc. Cleaned my skid plate throroughly. Even got a bottle of water. Great service. Stand behind their product.

Wonderful service. They have this guy there named Naya who keeps a smile on his face and keeps it moving. Everyone there seems to be pleasant 🙂 and knowledgeable! And to boot the place is very conveniently placed on that corner of Hubbards and Westport. That you Jiffy lube!

Fantastic service! I have taken my 2004 Honda civic here twice, and the service has been amazing! I’ll definitely continue to have my cars serviced here in the future! Thank you for all your help! Bryan

Great service best in the city highly recommend very swiftly

CAM WAS AMAZING. I was running late coming from work and I thought I was too late. He didn’t make me feel bad about getting there so close to closing. That man greeting me with a smile on his face and was extremely nice. Thank you CAM for being great I will most definitely be going back. Give that man a raise.

Alex was great! Kind, respectful and attentive.

Team work was excellent, everyone was friendly and respectful! I just didn’t receive the washing of my windshield as stated on my receipt! I will definitely return for future service!

Fantastic professional staff, it was a great experience. They did my oil, filters, tire rotation and a free brake check. I will definitely be a repeat customer

Great, friendly service

Shawn and Andrew are the best!!! So friendly and the other staff is fun as well!!! I worked with them directly as well with Enterprise but as a customer, I was treated great and efficient ! Highly reccomend them!

Usually like Jiffy Lubr but this experience was awful at the Westport location. Did not check fluids, filters, or tire pressure. Had four people handle me and then didn’t apply Groupon correctly. Will not visit this location again subpar customer service.

I should have known when it took almost an hour for this oil change to be completed, that it was a red flag. 4 day after the oil change, I pull out of my garage to find my OIL PAN COVER had fallen off! The screw was gone. Never again will I return!

Surprise survice

Very fast and friendly.

Fast professional service

Very nice Staff very professional.

Very friendly staff and they got me in and out very quickly!

Saved the day when Dixie Hwy Jiffy Lube overfilled my oil tank by 4 quarts. Very kind & quick

Very fast in and out with a good explanation of what needed to be done to my vehicle.

This was my first time using Jiffy Lube. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I had the pleasure of dealing with Alex as the bay attendant. She was very knowledgeable and polite. Would definitely use their services again.

Great Service! The guys working today were efficient and thoroughly professional and informative. I would definitely return for future service!

Greay place, fast and efficient

Shawn and Andrew were both great Along with everyone else on the shift as per usual. I needed an oil change. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman. Everyone that spoke with me concerning an action with my vehicle explained what they were doing and asked permission to enter my vehicle. Everyone was polite, friendly, respectful, and very professional.

Great experience…

Pulled up 35 minutes before closing (yeah, I’m that person), used my Groupon, and boom, out in like 10 minutes. I was like hold up… is this NASCAR pit stop energy or what?? Everything was great!

I typically don’t write reviews but this place definitely deserved one. I pulled up to jiffy not knowing they were closing within minutes. Instead of turning me away or offering poor customer service, THEY WERE GREAT! They were kind, efficient and made sure the service I needed was complete!

Andrew did an amazing job explaining to me things about my car. He was super helpful and kept things real. I will be coming back!

Andrew and Sean were great.

I’m 100% here for this place. Andrew and his team were super knowledgeable and helpful. They also seemed like the kinda people you’d wanna chill with which is just a good vibe. Great customer service

Andrew was great!

Great service

I was greeted as soon as I pulled up. In fact I was there before they opened and was the first customer of the day.

Had an oil change done here with Andrew and Shawn and it was a great experience! Price was reasonable and service was excellent. Walked me through the process and was very clear and detailed about everything being done. I would 100% recommended this jiffy lube location and both of them were exceptional to work with.

Great customer service, fantastic mechanics, it's just the prices went up so fast. Didn't expect topay as much as I did. Full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter change and rear differential grease. This is my second time coming here, so they must. E doing something right.

Andrew and Shawn great guys always are fast and efficient super knowledgeable about the products and services I always comeback to this location to get everything done the also sell tires 🔥🔥

This was my 1st time ever getting an oil change for my car lol. So I was a little nervous. But both gentlemen working today were super kind. They were also patient. They were able to change and refill everything within 15-20 minutes. And the estimate I got online was pretty close to what I ended up paying. 10/10 for the Westport location.

Watched as they changed the oil and filters as well as checked fluids. Quickly done. Nice job.

Friendly and informative. Quick service.

Nicely done! Quick service and Great staff this time around!

10/10 service, timely, experienced, and take time to explain what’s happening during the oil change. 10/10 recommend

Zach, Scott and their team really impressed me with how they took care of me and my outback. I would highly recommend getting any service here, not just oil changes. Cheers!

Excellent service from Isaiah and Detrion. Quick efficient and clear

I came into this Jiffy Lube thinking most mechanics are looking to rip you off. This place has proven me wrong. Great service. Got in and out quickly.

Customer service is commendable. The guys do a thorough job and work quickly and efficiently to cut down on the wait.

Groupon price was good. Extra cost due to extra oil (5.4 qt total) was excessive

I had a fantastic experience and education lesson from Jackson! This was my first time there but not my last!

They got me in quickly and were very friendly and professional. I am very pleased and highly recommend them.

Relatively short wait time for how busy they were. The technicians were informative, and very helpful. Even going above and beyond to make sure I could stay within budget and still get needed add ons. The service was thorough and from what I could see the shop is a well oiled machine (pun intended). 10/10 will recommend.

This Jiffy Lube on Westport rd is excellent. They guys working are efficient and know what they are doing. I have been going there for years and it is always a good experience.

Way overpriced. Paid $110 and ever employee was smoking.

I appreciate how the service is quick, and efficient. I have not been disappointed during any visit.

Stopped in and got an oil change today. The crew on hand was excellent. Izaiah walked us through all the discounts and services they offered while James and Wilson took care of the oil change. Drove off will new oil and all my fluids topped off. In and out in no time flat.

There were only two staff working. If I didn't need the oil change that day and if I hadn't had a group on for Jiffy Lube, I would've bailed and gone elsewhere. The actual service was quite good. The wait was not

These guys were great. Very attentive to detail and were efficient with time. Thank you!

Great services from Robert! Got my car in and out under 1hr no complaints, will be back again! Highly recommend checking groupon prior saved me $100
