Kevin knows how to create a repeat customer. Came in for a simple oil change. Before leaving, he made sure my coolant and wiper fluid were topped off in exchange for a bit of banter. Absolutely recommend for quick maintenance and great service.

I absolutely love the Westport rd location in Louisville Ky, they are extremely attentive and made it a point to tell me things that most younger people don’t know like having to get your car serviced every 100,000 miles; beyond that they made a point to explain everything they were doing and what needed to be done further (if anything)

Have used the services of this Jiffy Lube frequently over the past 7-8 years, and have never been disappointed. It’s convenient, and the techs are knowledgeable and courteous. I will continue to patronize, and would highly recommend this business.

Had oil change on Audi noticed leak on driveway. Took back to jiffy and they went above and beyond to clean and verify all was right diagnose leaks etc. Cleaned my skid plate throroughly. Even got a bottle of water. Great service. Stand behind their product.

CAM WAS AMAZING. I was running late coming from work and I thought I was too late. He didn’t make me feel bad about getting there so close to closing. Usually like Jiffy Lubr but this experience was awful at the Westport location. Did not check fluids, filters, or tire pressure. Had four people handle me and then didn’t apply Groupon correctly. Will not visit this location again subpar customer service.

I should have known when it took almost an hour for this oil change to be completed, that it was a red flag. 4 day after the oil change, I pull out of my garage to find my OIL PAN COVER had fallen off! The screw was gone. Never again will I return!

Had an oil change done here with Andrew and Shawn and it was a great experience! Price was reasonable and service was excellent. This was my 1st time ever getting an oil change for my car lol. So I was a little nervous. But both gentlemen working today were super kind. They were also patient. They were able to change and refill everything within 15-20 minutes. And the estimate I got online was pretty close to what I ended up paying. 10/10 for the Westport location.

Every one here is so nice! The guys all have great personalities and have fun while working which is something rarely seen these days. They were nice and honest about my oil leak and told me they did not recommend an oil change as I had a leak. They gave me a quote to fix but did not pressure me to have them do the work. I will definitely be back!!

I waited in line for 40 minutes, and they let someone pull ahead of me, and they give ridiculous times, because they don't want to do the work. When I called the manager wouldn't take my call, totally unprofessional
