My first time getting an oil change at Jiffy Lube. The staff was kind and courteous. Also had exceptional service.

Kevin knows how to create a repeat customer. Came in for a simple oil change. Before leaving, he made sure my coolant and wiper fluid were topped off in exchange for a bit of banter. Absolutely recommend for quick maintenance and great service.

I absolutely love the Westport rd location in Louisville Ky, they are extremely attentive and made it a point to tell me things that most younger people don’t know like having to get your car serviced every 100,000 miles; beyond that they made a point to explain everything they were doing and what needed to be done further (if anything)

Have used the services of this Jiffy Lube frequently over the past 7-8 years, and have never been disappointed. It’s convenient, and the techs are knowledgeable and courteous. I will continue to patronize, and would highly recommend this business.

Had oil change on Audi noticed leak on driveway. Took back to jiffy and they went above and beyond to clean and verify all was right diagnose leaks etc. Cleaned my skid plate throroughly. Even got a bottle of water. Great service. Stand behind their product.

Wonderful service. They have this guy there named Naya who keeps a smile on his face and keeps it moving. Everyone there seems to be pleasant 🙂 and knowledgeable! And to boot the place is very conveniently placed on that corner of Hubbards and Westport. That you Jiffy lube!

CAM WAS AMAZING. I was running late coming from work and I thought I was too late. He didn’t make me feel bad about getting there so close to closing. Shawn and Andrew are the best!!! So friendly and the other staff is fun as well!!! I worked with them directly as well with Enterprise but as a customer, I was treated great and efficient ! Highly reccomend them!

Usually like Jiffy Lubr but this experience was awful at the Westport location. Did not check fluids, filters, or tire pressure. Had four people handle me and then didn’t apply Groupon correctly. Will not visit this location again subpar customer service.

I should have known when it took almost an hour for this oil change to be completed, that it was a red flag. 4 day after the oil change, I pull out of my garage to find my OIL PAN COVER had fallen off! The screw was gone. Never again will I return!

I typically don’t write reviews but this place definitely deserved one. I pulled up to jiffy not knowing they were closing within minutes. Instead of turning me away or offering poor customer service, THEY WERE GREAT! They were kind, efficient and made sure the service I needed was complete!

Had an oil change done here with Andrew and Shawn and it was a great experience! Price was reasonable and service was excellent. Walked me through the process and was very clear and detailed about everything being done. I would 100% recommended this jiffy lube location and both of them were exceptional to work with.

Great customer service, fantastic mechanics, it's just the prices went up so fast. Didn't expect topay as much as I did. Full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter change and rear differential grease. This is my second time coming here, so they must. E doing something right.

This was my 1st time ever getting an oil change for my car lol. So I was a little nervous. But both gentlemen working today were super kind. They were also patient. They were able to change and refill everything within 15-20 minutes. And the estimate I got online was pretty close to what I ended up paying. 10/10 for the Westport location.
