The team was exceptional. I stopped by to have my tire pressure checked, and they all jumped to it and gave very good service will definitely visit again.
Naya took good care of us and got us a deal! Will definitely be back! Thanks!
Very kind and got my services done quickly. Needed a simple tire air fill and got out quick
I cannot give enough thanks to Jiffy Lube, especially Naya. My low tire pressure light came on this morning and slight panic set in. After stopping at an air pump and trying to navigate how to actually use it, I was in almost in tears and saw jiffy lube next door and pulled up. I was greeted with kindness,…
Exceptional service Noah and Naya were super helpful and kind. Highly recommend! Went above and beyond
I went there because my tire was damaged , and I couldn’t drive the car. The first stop I seen and the service was a 11/10, I’m definitely coming back just for even a oil change ! The person drove 20-30 mins just to get my type of tire !
I went in because I couldn’t get my brake clip on and they got me in right away and Fixed it for me and didn’t charge me super helpful. Definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone

Staff was friendly, funny, and kept me in the loop with the wait times and with each step along the process. I was even offered bottled water a few times! I appreciated that they talked and treated me like a person! The whole experience was great if I was staying in Louisville I would definitely take my vehicle back!
Great service, management, and staff. Highly recommended
I stopped by Jiffy Lube to see of they could help me because I had a nail in my tire and low tire pressure. They said they could fix it for me and to pull around into the open bay. I thought all they did were oil changes but while I was walking to the waiting room I noticed other equipment in the shop. I also needed…
Great experience…
The employees were very nice to me and my kids. The service was efficient and swift. Great job! They are under new management and they are phenomenal. Definitely worth the 5 stars.
I typically don’t write reviews but this place definitely deserved one. I pulled up to jiffy not knowing they were closing within minutes. Instead of turning me away or offering poor customer service, THEY WERE GREAT! They were kind, efficient and made sure the service I needed was complete!
I had a tire situation. They reacted promptly to my needs and took care of me. They were great. Zack is wonderful.

I noticed my car was driving funny. Passed this location on the way to Target. Drove in. Rob and Dalton cam out noticed I had a flat tire. They were extremely helpful, trustworthy, and honest. Going to do business here from now.

Amazing customer service!
Great team, speedy work. Highly recommend
The gentlemen there were courteous and efficient! They helped several vehicles at the same time, and got me out within 20 minutes. 10/10 will go again
I was parked at Target and noticed there was a piece of metal stuck in my right back tire. Thankfully, I was able to drive to this Jiffy Lube (next to Target) because my tire was going down fast. They had the right tire for my SUV; they were able to get me in and out in a “jiffy.” 😊 Very nice guys!! Thank you
I pulled into the target parking lot and realized I had a flat tire. The tire had a blade in it and was not patchable. The guys at jiffy lube went above and beyond. They drove to the other side of town to pick up a new tire and placed the tire on within minutes. I just grabbed a coffee and shopped at target in the mean time. Great experience! Thanks guys!
Had a great experience with Russell today. Will continue to go to this location for my car maintenance needs. Thank you all!
Went above and beyond by telling me where my oil leak and indicating that I had a CV axle that was leaking grease. Awesome service.
A classic local feel shop where you see the same great workers/people that get the job done. I take both my personal and work vehicles to them
i pulled in yesterday due to a low tire alert on my car. they were fast, friendly, checked and filled all my tires. they gave me the security i needed as i had lots of driving to do that day. Fast, super friendly! i will definitley return here.!
This Jiffy Lube location has always been honest with me when I have taken my car there. They don’t try to sell services you don’t need. For example, my filter was still good so they told me it wouldn’t need to be changed yet. They have wonderful customer service and explain things well.
