My go-to spot. Minimal upsale, perfect service and professionalism. And their honesty is great, as someone who usually maintains my own vehicle, it’s nice to not get sold things you don’t need. I won’t sincerely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a quick and easy oil change.

Quick and the staff was friendly! Staff worked as a team. My other service was a headlight restoration that comes with a lifetime warranty.

The staff at Jiffy Lube found out that my battery was leaking acid! They cleaned it up and replaced the battery. They rotated my tires and giving me an oil change. They also gave me a senior discount and were very kind.

Absolutely terrible experience. I waited over an hour just for an oil change, and no one even bothered to tell me they had run out of oil. Instead of being honest, they kept me waiting and gave me a hard time when I asked what was going on. To make it worse, three cars that came after me were serviced before mine.… Read full review

It took them a long time to do my oil change. They were super busy and I had to wait about 15 minutes to get serviced but my oil change took about 30 min. The staff was super polite and didn't try and push products on me that I didn't need. I will return

Great quick service friendly staff and no upselling.

Brianna is very nice and friendly! I had to go back to have the tire rotation done because I paid for it and they forgot to do it. First time at Jiffy Lube. I was very impressed with the courtesy and service of the staff. They were all very customer service friendly and worked with me on pricing. Quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No one stood around everyone employee I could see was helping.

Briana and Keeland were absolutely wonderful! It feels good to go to an establishment where the people are honest, friendly, and genuine. Particularly anything related to cars. Michael B and Lacy F were very helpful and kind. This is by far the best Jiffy Lube location I’ve ever experienced. Thank you!

I bought a cash car and not knowing if proper maintenance was kept I did full service treatment. 3 weeks later she is leaking oil to the point it has ran bone dry. I really felt welcomed and well cared for.

I’m 43 years old and have been using oil change companies since I started driving. This jiffy lube will have all of my business moving forward. The guys took such great care of me an my truck. Been here for an oil change and also for tire services (airing and patching a nail) and have always had good experience!

Great service and employees! Close to home and super quick each time I’ve had to stop by. Will keep coming back!

They are so kind. Gave me great service with added friendliness they didn’t have too. Had to get air in my tire. They provide this if you’ve gotten oil changes with them. So worth it. This visit I had to have a wiper replaced. They did it for me

We were running hot and pulled into the next parking lot. Jenna and Frank came over and found that we had a cracked radiator. Frank gave us an estimate and said he could have it replaced in about an hour! It took longer to get the part delivered than it did for them to put it in! This crew is awesome!! I stopped here recently to get an oil change and the experience was great. Excellent customer service and efficiency! I was impressed by the dedication to detail that went into my service. Easily the best oil change I've had.

Very nice staff and very quick and efficient service.

Great service and they got me out fast

They didn't inspect any of my fluids. They did not clean my windows. They did not fill any of my fluids. All they did was change the oil. They did not change the air filter. They didn't check my windshield wipers. They just rushed me through. They acted like they didn't want to help me. I would never go there again.

Awesome service

Quick and efficient!

Micheala is the best employee. She went above over every thing for me! I will return just for her!

I also had my rear brakes done. I am impressed with the thorough job the people do. I will definitely recommend the jiffy lube on Jefferson boulevard.

This Jiffy Lube went above the call of duty! This location was mentioned to me by my neighbor. I need 4 new tires and an oil change. The shop was clean, refreshments were available, and clean bathrooms. My service was faster than expected and now my vehicle rides so smooth!! Thank you so much Kendle and staff! 10 out of 10 I recommend!

I came in Friday and the service was great dalton and some girl with glasses was amazing

Dalton was very polite to me, and the team did a great service. Highly recommend coming here and making dalton a manager.

I have been here twice in the past and they were very nice and not aggressively trying to upsell me the other times. This time they lied to me and they scammed me. They told me my car had no oil in it at all and they recommend a system flush, a treatment and then an oil change. Over $250 worth of stuff. I found… Read full review

I like jiffy lube they explain everything good.

The employees here were informative and sweet

Unfortunately things did not go well at this location today 4-3-23 hose was pulled out while machine was pumping oil, therefore oil was every where. Clean up of the mess was not good. Got the oil changed, thanks for Pennzoil

I'll change was OK but was overcharged $40 . Once I brought it to their attention it was supposedly corrected waiting 3-5 days for refund. Also whoever aired the tires damaged the valve stem/ Tpc sensor and said nothing. I woke to a severely deflated tire which I cannot have repaired until Monday.

Clean, friendly, speedy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

They are wonderful. They are very friendly and also professional. They will talk to you and explain the problem. They also saved me from a ticket. Didn't know my brake and license plate light were out.

The man with the dyed hair was rude. I had to come back to have them reset the oil change thing on my computer on my car. I told him about it and he got in my car and it took him a few minutes but he finally got it changed then he got out of my car and just walked away he didn’t say I’m sorry or nothing to me and that was just being rude in my opinion .

My suv has 117,000 miles on it. The service attendant recommended an engine flush, which may actually be detrimental to my engine. He did it because he's taught to push service. That's what you get at Jiffy Lube.

Mendel was very helpful

Very friendly, fas & considerate.

Awesome group of guys.

They were great explained everything to me I will be back

Very professional and knowledgeable they also cleaned my windows

Great service, everyone was friendly. They wiped my windows down and offered to vacuum as well.

So quick ! The customer service blew us away , vacuuming the car while getting an oil change. They also cleaned my windows. The employees were all very friendly & professional. Will definitely use this location from now on.

Wonderfully service they were very friendly and checked everything properly will be coming back agian

Teshia was the tech and she was honest and fast, I would recommend them highly

When I arrived I was greeted by an employee in the parking lot that was less than friendly. I felt like I was a burden from the beginning. I have a newer car. I loved how quick and easy the service was, very professional good product recommendation and not pushy. Would go to this location again and would recommend this place to everyone

I have been here twice and highly recommend this location. They go the extra mile to provide excellent and efficient service.

This place is literally unmatched. Everytime I want to double check their pricing to see what the competition is, the competition reminds me why I chose Jiffy Lube. The ladies and gentlemen at the Jefferson Blvd location were efficient, knowledgeable, and above all, friendly. I was offered coffee, hot cocoa, or cold bottled water while I waited in the air conditioner customer area, having full view of my vehicle the entire time. I was pleased with the whole experience and plan to return!

I always have a great experience here even if I’m just a passenger in another’s car. Kairi is amazing! She always takes great care of me and my dad when we go up there together! I love this place. Way better than Valvoline 🤣

Very good experience.

did a good job and was fast and kind workers

Was my 1st visit. The team didn't give the best customer service in terms of friendliness or offering to clean the windows or interior floors as advertised. However my concerns were quickly addressed by the district manager. I feel like my next visit will be better.

They got to me really quickly and were friendly & efficient! Definitely making this location my go to

Stopped in to get an oil change and was presently surprised with how fast and great the customer service was ,Ms.kiari is the lady that helped me she was so kind and had the best customer service skills, because of her I will definitely return.
