The staff was very friendly and prompt. The waiting area was very clean and organized. This was my first time using Jiffy Lube, but it will definitely not be my last. I was very impressed by everyone's professionalism and politeness.

I have my oil changed there when needed. I have an issue with one oil change and it was addressed and fixed immediately. The young lady (asst. manager) is amazing.

Was very nice. Only problem was it took a bit longer than expected and seemed like they were having trouble getting a couple parts off and back on. Hope everything is back on correctly. But all in all good experience.

They really listen they give you time to describe any issues you're having or any concerns and they even did a complete work up on my vehicle to see what might need to be fixed so that I can plan out when I can fix my vehicle step by step I'm really impressed with their customer service

Just amazing experience at the Jiffy Lube at Jefferson Commons Louisville, Kentucky. They took fantastic care of me. I had an Uber inspection and an oil change Brianna. The assistant manager was kind and everyone was so pleasant. It made everything smooth and simple. I will definitely be back for everything I need to have done. Thanks for the whole crew.

My go-to spot. Minimal upsale, perfect service and professionalism. And their honesty is great, as someone who usually maintains my own vehicle, it’s nice to not get sold things you don’t need. I won’t sincerely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a quick and easy oil change.

Quick and the staff was friendly! Staff worked as a team. My other service was a headlight restoration that comes with a lifetime warranty.

The staff at Jiffy Lube found out that my battery was leaking acid! They cleaned it up and replaced the battery. They rotated my tires and giving me an oil change. They also gave me a senior discount and were very kind.

Absolutely terrible experience. I waited over an hour just for an oil change, and no one even bothered to tell me they had run out of oil. It took them a long time to do my oil change. They were super busy and I had to wait about 15 minutes to get serviced but my oil change took about 30 min. The staff was super polite and didn't try and push products on me that I didn't need. I will return

Amazing service, team was friendly and quick, they also helped get my new headlight bulb in for me

The employees were kind and respectful. An issue did arise but the district manager Todd went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved in a timely.

Cam and Blaine were very helpful when I needed to get my check engine light checked out when driving town. Thankful for them :)

Coming from central NY it’s true what they say about southern hospitality. Everything was great. All staff were polite and pleasant, they checked tire pressure, topped the fluids, verified all the lights etc. Very nice group of people, great service. I highly recommend this place. Thanks team!
